Front desk, who is also one of the piercers, is incredibly friendly! Sorry, didn't catch her name but she is awesome. Becky, who I read great reviews about, did my tattoo this evening and she was incredible! So down to earth, as if I've known her for years! All American is definitely one of the more affordable places but Becky is amazing and I look forward to my next session with her!!!

Went here to get a piercing. Unbeknownst to me they were closing early and I walked in about 6 minutes before. Instead of turning me away their lead piercer opted to go ahead and do the piercing for me. She was knowledgeable and professional and the rook piercing barely hurt at all. I can't wait for this to heal so I can go back and get more done.

DO NOT get tattoos done here. Me and my sisters went here to get tattoos and the lady who did them was bipolar with her attitude one minute she was nice, one minute she was being rude to me or my sisters. On top of that she did our tattoos. First of all she didn’t shave ANY of us in the area we were getting tattooed… mind you there was visible hair in those specific areas, which messed with our tattoos. Two of my sisters tattoos were terrible looking. The lines were very crooked, and just made the whole tattoo look bad. Overall we had a pretty bad experience and I would not recommend getting tattooed here.

If you're looking to get a piercing I would totally recommend Kendall from here. She's amazing! Always willing to talk through a piercing and give you the full picture. I didn't know which ear I wanted to get my rook done, and she helped me by pointing out that because of my ear size I wouldn't be able to get a daith piercing.
