Been going to Cody Collins for over 5 years. Super nice guy and an amazing artist. Listens and makes sure to give you exactly what you want. Great shop environment with several well rounded artists and friendly staff. Would recommend Yellow Rose Tattoo to anyone.

Loved everything about this shop, the receptionist Bree was super sweet and really personable and my artist Matt was exceptional! I was nervous about my first big tattoo but he was great and comforting and made me laugh :) I live in Oregon and will always come to yellow rose for my art work, the travel expenses are well worth it for this quality and professionalism I experienced here, great environment, comfortable, clean, just can't say enough about them! Thank you Matt and yellow rose tattoo!!!

Yellow rose charged me $150 for two small tattoos like this. I got a full cover up, that was large, at Tiger Claw for the same amount. Beware folks, they will completely rip you off.

They were stuck up and very rude and poor communicators. I went in for a walk-in with some friends and they told me they wouldn't do the tattoo I wanted (which was my own art work) without any explanation. They didn't even have an artist talk to me about why--just had a receptionist say something about how they have a "reputation to uphold" and that I wasn't "tattooed enough" to get the tattoo I wanted... but that I could "come back" when I have more tattoos. I had 6 tattoos at that point (I now have 7 because I went somewhere else--I recommend A Wicked Sensation).
They came across as very pretentious and unfriendly--particularly if you're Queer/gender-nonconforming and not White. I wish I could rate them 0/5 stars.
I am a customer service manager for a tech company--so it's really disappointing to me to have such a terrible customer service experience. They could have had 3 different people's tattoos done there, but because they were so rude and shady, they lost 3 people's business and are ruining that 'reputation' they're supposedly worried about with bad word of mouth.

Matt was my artist. He's a personable guy, friendly and has a good sense of humor. He gave me a beautiful tattoo on my neck. I get so many compliments on it, from kids to little old ladies. Many comments on how sharp and clean the piece is. (My uninked 50 year old brother has asked me a few times where I got my work done, Matt may be getting a clean canvas soon.) I will definitely look him up when I decide on my next piece.

I had a traditional Sailor Jerry tattoo done by Cody and was an all around great experience. From Kelsey at the front desk setting the appointment up, to Cody being completely easy going with designing the tattoo and bringing our ideas to create a masterpiece.
