I drove 30 minutes for a piercing here because they advertised walk-ins and are running a sale on them. I walked in and no one greeted me when they finally acknowledged me they had no idea where the piercer was and wouldn’t try and figure it out...if you’re here for piercings stay away.

Everyone is just absofrigginlutly amazing here. Resolute is like a family. I spent my summer getting a sleeve worked on by analee and the shop became my second home. Analee herself is amazing at what she does. You're not just a client. You're a part of the fam.

Ivy is simply the greatest in shop piercer I have met I never really liked going to shops but I definitely recommend her she had fixed my nose piercing that another piercer had messed up on and was so inviting and understanding specially since I have a zero pain tolerance and cried look forward to more business and sending other people her way.
