Excellent service! Very grateful to have found Raina!! I went in two days ago for a small but very meaningful tatoo on my wrist and she was wonderful. She took the time to understand what I wanted and why. I felt very comfortable and I was totally pleased. My tatoo is awesome and I recommend Smoked Ink to anyone looking for a great down to earth artist!! Thank you Raina!!!!!!

Don't try to get piercings done here. Can't speak on anything else they offer. I called in Saturday, was told it's walk ins only. I walk in Sunday, and told she wasn't there at her normal time and to try calling in later. I call in, schedule an appointment with the actual piercing lady, she schedules me two hours later, I show up, and I'm told she had to leave, but would be in the next day. I call in the next day to set something up, I'm told she won't be in until tomorrow. JOKE!

Smoked Out Ink is the fullest, cleanest most friendliest customer service Iβve ever seen in a smoke shop. I drive 20 minutes for the experience every time I need a vape or juice.

I went here to get my piercing changed, asked for medical grade steel, worker picked out an earring for me, a small gold one. I waited almost an hour which is fine, she was doing a tattoo. She switched it out no problem, but the hoop wasnβt closed all the way. I thought βno big deal Iβll close it on my ownβ so I did. my earring 2 weeks later was completely oxidized and rusted. There is silver coming through. The earring is in terrible condition despite how much I cleaned it and took care of it. There is no way this is medical grade steel. The quality is terrible, if someone got pierced with this it would be infected in no time. Now looking back, it was a terrible experience and not worth my money. Iβve been to a lot of piercing/tattoo shops and I have had no problem. Very disappointed that I wasted my money here.

Good place to go! I got my nose pierced tonight and it literally took 5 minutes in and out and it was super affordable! :))
I got my septum pierced at a different place and I had to wait an hour for the piercer to finally get to me and I had an appointment too.
No appointment needed for this place.
(Good quality piercing too!!)

They always greet me when I go in. Great selection, and staff. Dylan is always so helpful, and knows about all products. Best place around!

Meh, is all I can say. Employee was distant engaging in conversation and helping out.
Bought a Loy XL disposable that only lasted 2 1/2 days.
Whether thatβs a manufacturer issue or otherwise, itβs not acceptable.
Majority of the time, the same one lasts me a week from other shops.

They have ever flavor of Esco bars!!!! Also every brand of disposable, Nora helped me chose my favorite disposable yet.

Everyone there is super laid back and very easy-going! I recommend getting any of your body piercing needs by Carley, didnβt feel any pain with my nose piercing and she was also very nice throughout the whole process! They know how to do it right too!!

I went and got my smiley pierced today, the placement is great and although I didnβt get to choose my jewelry, which I was expecting, the piercer did a good job on whatβs going to be the most comfortable while I heal.
My only problem is the ball on my piercing wasnβt screwed in good and fell out while I was eating. My boyfriend and I managed to fix it after quiet some time, but now Iβm a little worried about infection after having both of our fingers in my mouth and paper towels... and tweezers since we donβt know what weβre doing lol.
You can tell the piercer is very young and I know sheβs new to the shop so the process was slow and I felt quiet a bit of pinching, BUT I know this is a very difficult and advanced piercing so I know that probably wasnβt easy for her. And at the end of the day she got some more experience and I hope this helps her to grow :)
