I can't recommend this place enough. My 7 year old decided she wanted her ears pierced. Love that you don't have to book an appointment, they welcomed us in and got us situated right away. My daughter was pretty nervous, but the piercer was amazing and walked her through it. This was such a great experience as a parent and I couldn't be happier.

I went in about a month ago wanting to get my septum pierced and I walked in to someone yelling at the person behind the counter and was concerned but was desperate and excited to get pierced so I ignored that red flag. I also wanted to get a lip ring for my previously pierced labret that was done at another shop. They got someone who themselves had the same piercing to recommend a size. Then I was rung up and told to wait to be pierced. The wait wasn't long but once I got in and out I found that I had a very uneven septum piercing and a lip ring way too big. I had a friend take out the septum retainer a few days later because the pain was not getting better and the ring out once I noticed that it had wore away at some of my gums leaving a tooth a little more exposed. I do NOT recommend them for a septum or to get jelwery. While I got a refund for the piercing, the whole exchange was giving weird and unprofessional vibes.

Don't go here if you want your tongue pierced. Kayla put a standard bar in. and when the swelling, which naturally happens, hit I had to go get the piercing removed because the bottom ball impacted inside my tongue. Will never recommend going here to anyone.

I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced today for her birthday. Travis did the piercing and did an awesome job! He was super friendly with my daughter and made her nice and comfortable even though she was nervous. He was quick and precise with the stick, the shop and equipment was sterile. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend going here over cheap gun style piercing places.

The piercer was amazing! My 4 year old got her ears pierced and loved the experience! The piercer was so friendly and comforting to my daughter, anf had full conversations with HER, and helped guide her through the process.
Covid precautions were great in the piercing room and the lobby.
The cashier though! Dang, she was outstanding!!! She was multi tasking with the 10 customers in there. Running around. Soooo friendly! I wish I had caught her name.

Called to get info on piercings. Got hung up on the first time. Called immediately after and no one answered. The responses to these reviews are snarky. Glad they didn’t answer or maybe I wouldn’t have seen them.
Update: obviously got a snark response from the owner as I said before. Not about not answering the phones. It’s busy times are tough. It’s about getting hung up on and the terrible response from owner on reviews, including mine. Shows what kind of person you’re working with if that’s how they handle issues.

I hate to give bad reviews but I hope this saves someone’s nose. Kayla might be great for other piercings but she pierced my septum incorrectly and damaged the nerves in my face. Do NOT use dish soap to clean your piercings. She should know better than to recommend that to people, especially by the way mine kept drying out, infecting, hurting, etc. and how others must have as well. I reached out to her to take another look at it, but she told me my symptoms were fine, when they were very much not. I had shock pains going through my face if I wiggled or even sniffled the wrong way. If she’s good at ear piercings, sure, get your ears pierced, but I wouldn’t let her pierce your face after my experience. I’m sorry
