Set up an appointment a week in advance. Drove 30 minutes for the appointment just to wait an hour. Then I had to ask if it would be much longer and come to find out my artist wasn't even there!! No one told me they weren't there, so I could've been sitting there for another hour if I didn't finally ask. Didn't end up getting my tattoo I've been waiting a week for. Super unprofessional all around. Worst experience I've had with a shop, and I've been to 3 others.
