this tattoo shop is very professional, and clean and the best experience. tattoo artist taylor is very professional and a great person all around. she worked very well and i had a great experience getting the three tattoos i did! tattoo artist shannon was very fun and just made the place a good environment. this place is better than the rest! they work hard and do their job effectively and make it professional and heart felt! loved this experience and definitely going back for MORE!

Taylor was absolutely awesome, even with having to rearrange appointment day and times there was great communication. And I loved the vibe while I was there, Taylor was down to earth and made the experience amazing!

Very unprofessional attitude, they have only been touching for 4 years and apparently have been through over 10 shops so they can't seem to stay in an established professional business. Wasting customers time and money, someone schedules 2 months in advance and they have to cancel reschedule due to an artist screw up but once that person is unsure because of the artist being unprofessional they don't get their deposit back then turn around and say we don't want to try and take your money...right

Stopped in for their flash Friday the 13th sale. Space was clean and spacious. Artists were knowledgeable, skilled, and nice as could be! Love my piece and I'll definitely be back

Hello, a friend and I wanted to get our first tattoos and did our research and found this place. We did our $100 deposits each which at first we thought was pretty hefty but we didn’t think anything of it. We scheduled for November 19 for both of our tattoos when Taylor dmd us saying our appointment was cancelled for construction. At first we asked for our deposit back but Taylor was unwilling and referred to her policies, we understood so we rescheduled for the next Friday 11/26 , it was nearly an hour drive from Draper and about 30 mins before Taylor dms us again saying our appointment was cancelled. This time we were frustrated and she said a contractor came in 3 hours late. She knew someone was 3 hours late and only notified us half an hour before while we were on our way, we wanted our deposit back it was clear it was just a scam. Taylor offered to reschedule and refused to refund the deposit so she was just sitting on free money. She said she was willing to come in on Monday her day off to accommodate and then ghosted, we were going to file a police report on her when she finally decided to give us our money back. Overall extremely unprofessional, passive aggressive, meanwhile this whole time we were getting cancelled on she was posting tattoos on her instagram she was doing on other people. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and was trying to hide her attitude with cringe emojis to avoid this review

Got an online consult and a price of $1500 was agreed upon and paid up front for my full tattoo sleeve. After being blown off multiple times, I finally got In, and Shannon completed half of my tattoo and decided he wanted to finish the second half in another appointment later on. Once I was able to get ahold of him again to get it finished, he proceeded to tell me that I owed him ANOTHER $1500 for the remaining work that I had already paid for. Shannon is a scammer and looked down on by a majority of the Utah tattoo community from what I have now heard. Do not support him or his ever relocating business or you’ll be blown off, and scammed out of your hard earned money. Shannon is surrounded by a lot of drama between many shops in salt lake, and he is the source of it all. Trash human being and an even worse “businessman”
