I brought in an exact photo of what I wanted. Cute little palm trees. My actual tattoo came out thick and awful. Barely look like palm trees. Now it will cost me 6 times what I paid to get it removed

Walked in late, wanted to know prices since I tried calling and couldn't get them on the phone. The guy behind the counter was completely rude. He treated me like I was an idiot and that I was a jerk for coming in late. They had 30 min until close and a client was in there. Taking time to talk to me doesn't seem too much to ask. I live near by so I figured dropping by wouldn't be an issue. I was wrong, but gal I went in so I know not to go there. He asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. He said 'sorry that we couldn't comply to your schedual'. I'm not asking you to 'comply' to my schedule. I'm not booking with you because you're rude. How about 'hey if you change your mind here's our number' or something to get me back in the door.
But there is no way in hell I'm ever going back there. Especially if they treat potential clients like that.

As far as tattoo parlors go it was great. The tattoo artist was very friendly and outgoing. I did not get the tattoo but he did a good job for my friend and they were very friendly.

ok experience, wish I could say the same for my wife! I'm sure they have done some great work out of this shop but not that day! could have been because it was friday the 13th, but my wife's tattoo had quite a bit of trauma to the skin.

Wolf customer service ever Linda tonight walk into the showroom nobody even talk to me for 25 minutes look like the Secretary was busy with something else give you guys a little advice I don't know about the quality of fuel tattoos a lot of people recommend you guys but I did I got the chance to get anything from you I wish you had a bit of customer service I will take my business somewhere else
