When I called I was told walk-in were welcomed. And when we got there people were outside and said they were closed. Then I called again to make sure I was at the right place and I was. So I asked if they were open and person on phone said yes. BASICALLY no communication between employees.

I got a surface anti eyebrow piercing. Then the next day I went back and got my cheeks pierced. The piercer was so nice. Real laid back experience and atmosphere. Loved that about this place! Will definitely return!

VERY RUDE!! On web site it says they open at 11/12. I went and sat in parking lot and called several times no answer. I see someone walking around in there so I walk in. The guy there said they are close and don’t open till 2pm. And he points at the open sign like it’s not on. Okay well maybe you should update your web site instead of being so rude!!!!

Only problem we had was the guy doing the tattoo seemed like he was going for depth and when brought to his attention seemed liked he tried to go even deeper I would recommend anyone wanting a tattoo to look elsewhere if they offer you a good price you'll be paying more later to get it fixed or covered up
