Beyond impressed with what I got! Charles was patient and made sure I was going to be happy with my tattoo! & I definitely was! I can't stop starring at it! Definitely coming back for more and I definitely recommend you come to charles next time you're thinking of getting a tattoo!

First time here, I would give 2 stars but I guess it was a busy day, 3 stars cuz my tattoo turned out really good. So I dunno how it is when it's not insanely crowded. It's super tiny shop and everyone wanted to cram in there like sardines. No respect for personal space whatsoever. Barely anywhere to park. Staff didn't seem rude per se but lady did say 45 mins then she said more like an hr cuz my friend's friend wanted to wait for Nick. Turned out to be almost 2 hrs which sucked. The staff weren't friendly or welcoming more nonchalant but it could of been cuz they were super busy trying to get everyone's tattoos done. Music was so freaking loud I could barely understand what the staff was saying. Lucky the bathroom was actually clean. My tattoo really hurt and I couldn't stop shaking cuz I was so nervous. It turned out to be directly on the bone of my ankle, the fibula, I think and had more blood than my friend and her friend. Oh well, they turned out really cute tho. So it was ok 😬 my daughter really liked the photo on the wall

My friend has gotten several tattoos from this place and vows she will never go anywhere else! Another friend and I went to see her third tattoo as she was getting it and ended up getting a tattoo each. Fun and friendly atmosphere, really welcoming and accommodating. The artist Menudo, who tattooed us did an amazing job. I got a tattoo with solid black and shading and by the end of the session it looked perfect! My friend got a beautiful piece consisting of only line work and was done skillfully and steady. Both tattoos were simple designs but it took almost no time and I couldn't have asked for it to be done better. Aftercare instructions were explained perfectly and it was a great price for the tattoo. I don't plan on going anywhere else in the future and am already thinking about my next tattoo! I highly recommend giving this place a try for your tattoo. Thanks again Menudo!

Love this place! Came here to get my eyebrow pierced then again to come get my vertical labret and the most recent one was my side lip and def going back for a fourth piercing! Their staff is also friendly and very welcoming and the whole process of being there is very relaxing

If I could rate this place NO STARS I would! Went in with family for piercings and simple tattoos and myself and my daughter both ended up with bad infections smh! Mine from a tattoo and hers from a tongue piercing that wasn’t done correctly. Not to mention there’s one artist who was drunk and acting crazy the whole night! Very unprofessional! Never again!!

We ran in Christmas Eve to get my 8 year old daughter's ears repierced. Both the gentleman and the artist were so kind and helpful. The experience was fast and very affordable. All of the utensils were sterile and sealed and the facility itself was clean and presentable. The artist even had candy for my daughter afterwards. They truly filled me with the Christmas spirit and I hope they had a wonderful Christmas too!

I recently got three tattoos done by Mj at a great price. They look amazing, I was very happy with how they came out. Mj was really cool and open to my ideas, he was really welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend Mj, 10/10. He’s definitely the one I’ll be going to in the future.

So I went in on Saturday night to get my belly pierced. I was pretty excited and prepared to the point where I didn’t even notice or pay attention to the fact that the lady who pierced me wasn’t wearing gloves at all. As she proceeded to pierce me I knew as soon as the needle went threw that she had pierced to much skin & even used the wrong jewelry! When she told me to get up to look at it I was iffy about it but she had reassured me that it was fine so I trusted her word over mine. Next morning I knew something was wrong when my piercing felt so bruised and sore.I couldn’t move without it hurting. I had attempted to clean it but there was no room of the bar to see to where I can clean it ! If anything the piercing it self was compressed into my skin. I reached out to another professional piercer and was told that my belly was pierced way to deep than it should have and that my bar was to short ! I was so disappointed and was told that it would be better to completely remove the piercing because it wouldn’t heal properly. I will now have this ugly scarring on my belly. Don’t recommend getting your belly done here.

I went there for a very simple helix piercing. They did not ID or have me sign a waiver. The lady who did the piercing did not clean the site and I developed a pretty bad infection only days later. I have many piercings and have never had such a bad experience. This piercer did not even tell me she was ready to pierce. I thought she was coming to clean my ear but instead I was met with the needle already through. I was looking away having a conversation when she shoved the needle in. She also did not use proper jewelry for this piercing. I was forced to remove the piercing because of how bad it got so fast. They do not have jewelry options and do not let you pick what you want. 10/10 do not come here. My friends also came here and had very bad experiences.

DO NOT COME HERE. They use dirty equipment and DO NOT even clean the area before piercing the area. All 3 of my friends and I got an infection on all our piercing we got. So disappointed that we had to take them out and let it heal. Everyone there seems like crackheads also. 100% real feed back. All these other reviews are false and pretty much they’re own workers fake reviews.
