Paid 30 for 8oz of black ink. Got in the truck and it was leaking and they wouldn't do anything to make it right.
No offer to at least replace it. Said I dropped it and it was my fault

Over priced supplies. Guy at counter seemed to be irritated by us being at the shop asking questions. If you are going to price gouge me at least provide better customer service.

Nice store and the counter help was knowledgeable and very helpful .. would return just cause the dude was cool ... they didn’t have what I was looking for but he was quick to offer other options ... thanks for the help will be back .. but mr owner please get machine sleeves for the pen especially if you have rockets on display very convenient item and I wish you sold more eternal 🤓👍🏼

This supply house is one of the best. Community based and focused the folks here look out for their customers. The knowledge behind the counter makes finding what suits your style easy. Alexander has helped point me in the right direction so many times. Without this place my tattooing would be lost for acceptable supplies

A reoccuring issue is they don't ever open up on time it's always 30 to 40 min after opening hours til they show up.. So if you're in a hurry dont plan on making this your first stop... Make it your last stop and save yourself the frustration... If they open at 10 they really mean 11 and if they open at 11 they really mean 12....

Horrible service. Went in the other day for a simple foot pedal and all they had to offer was ONE - as I was told that very rudely. On top of that, I was told that it was $26 when a sign right next to it said $20. Not Cool! 😐
