Very professional and they take pride in their cleanliness and making their customers happy. If someone can’t get what they wanted the piercers are knowledgeable and can always recommend what can work for that person. Frankie is very professional and the apprentice Jamie is gonna be a star someday!

So, finally got my flat piercing i been waiting for. Anyway the piercing was painless, on top of that the piercer Crystal was super sweet, as well as the Receptionist. The place was nice and well clean. I truly recommend.

Frankie took care of my nostril piercing, and is the most eloquent piercer I've ever met!
She was patient and answered every question I had, and even corrected some misinformation about aftercare I was given by a piercer in my hometown. She was very professional and calmed me when I got nervous about my scar tissue. Even with that, her steady hands made it virtually painless!

I got my septum done and all the women there were amazing! I was a little nervous but all 3 ladies talked me through everything. Frankie, the piercer let me see everything ahead of time and talked me through the process. It was so calming and such a great experience!

My oldest kiddo (10) was interested in getting his ears pierced for his birthday and we decided to support his desire to express himself. Frankie couldn’t have been more amazing for our kiddo. Our young man still gets nervous about flu shots so he was obviously a little anxious today. Frankie’s ‘bedside manner’ and careful, hygienic routine created an atmosphere where he didn’t even realize the piercing had occurred. He was truly shocked when she said an ear was done. I highly recommend Platinum, Frankie specifically, for any kiddo’s piercing. Yes, you’ll pay a little more than a chain jewelry/piercing shop, but you get what you pay for.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I had been contemplating on which piercing I should get as my first piercing (after my ear single piercing). I came in initially wanting my tragus pierced. With Frankie's knowledge, she informed me that due to my anatomy, the tragus piercing wouldn't be the best fit. She offered to give me a referral but I wanted her to give me her professional advice on what piercing would look best with my anatomy. She suggested the conch piercing and went to show me the various jewelry options. I WAS SOLD!!! Frankie and the receptionist were very patient with me through the entire process. They continued to make sure I was comfortable and well informed. Frankie provided me with her contact information and welcomed me to contact her if I had any questions. By far exceeded my expectations!!!! SOOOO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS and it is healing so well!!!!!!

I got my ears pierced by Frankie the other day and she was brilliant!
I had previously had my lobes pierced when I was a kid with a gun at Claire’s. Before even piercing my ears, she made sure to thoroughly check where they were pierced before.
After coming to the conclusion that they were higher than usual and slightly different, she gave me the option to either go in the original spots if I minded the scarring or to place them more traditionally.
I ended up choosing the placement she suggested and they came out perfect! I highly highly recommend Frankie and will be going to her for all my future piercings.😁
