Pierced my upper ear cartilage and put in eyebrow jewelry instead of the proper cartilage jewelry. My piercer I typically go to urged me to change it as soon as possible. Be careful here
Response to owner- you may be right but my piercing has yet to heal and is still prone to hurting a lot while my other cartilage I got not long after I got it from them has already healed perfectly and definitely didn’t get pierced with that jewelry this time.

The staff are amazing! The front staff helped me get the prefect size for where and what tattoo I wanted. Super friendly & easy to talk to. I wish I would've gotten the name of my artist because he was awesome; made sure I was comfortable, since my placing was kinda in an awkward spot, easy to talk to aswell and had about 5 years experience. The pricing is absolutely reasonable for the result and experience 🖤

Finally got a chance to sit and write. I got a piece done with my boyfriend.. there are small imperfections that I gawked at for a few days.. now I see how perfect the tattoo looks. My skin has healed, my baby panda paws are perfect to me and the color is wonderful. My artist was okay.. probably not my favorite.. but the artist that did my boyfriend's work was absolutely amazing. He was super focused on detail, color and perfection.
We were offered our choice of drinks during a store run, the owner(s) treat the artists with respect and you can tell this group is a family.
My artist made little conversation, focusing more on his work, the shop owner(s) we're hospitable and genuine. I couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic experiance! Got my first tattoo here, and everyone was very nice and professional. All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable here. Can't remember my artists name but he did and amazing job! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Can't wait to come back again for more! Plus they gave me some Gatorade while I was waiting. 10/10 experiance couldn't of been better.

Visiting from out of town and my friend and I went in today for her rain check and I decided to get the piercings I’ve always wanted. The girl at the front was kind even though I was extremely nervous and got me back as quick as possible so I would stop freaking my self out. The piercer was incredibly professional and kind and let me lay down while she does it since I am so nervous and scared I’d pass out. She talked to me to calm me down and helped me more than she knows through the process. I love the outcome of them so far and excited for them to heal. Thank you so much for fitting us into your schedule before we had to fly home and I look forward to making this place a stop anytime we’re in town!

Had a great first time experience in the shop. Friendly staff and conversations. There was no rough handling and the piercer made sure I was comfortable when he did my belly button. The process was so fast that I did not feel pain at all. They have great deals on piercings as well. Definitely recommend. 😃

Jodi pierced my nose today. She was very informative and walked me through the entire process. If I lived here in San Antonio I would definitely be back. Plan on visiting if I am ever back in the area!
