Friend got a tattoo and gotten a welt from it. Called to ask how to take care of it and was very rude. Looks they they do good work but customer service is not how you handled the issues with my friend.

Had my tattoo done 2 weeks ago. Wish it was better than what it turned out to be. Requested color but was told it wouldn't look right. Just code for didn't want to do it. Really disappointed and unsatisfied

Super rude to me because I didn't want to pay the shop minimum of 100 bucks for something the size of a quarter.
Went to inkline instead, way nicer, 25 bucks, gave him 100 for the experience.
