J.R. Luna is the best. I see this guy every year for my birthday tattoo, and I never leave disappointed. the drive from houston to san antonio just to see him is definitely worth it. if you are looking for someone that does beautiful crisp and clean work, especially anime style, go to J.R. 😁 my sailor moon tattoo is 2 yrs, shenron is 1, and wolf is 1 month old now.

**WARNING**This place gave my minor daughter a tattoo without my consent that Texas law requires. She and others were not asked for ID. Some of her minor classmates have also received tattoos there as it is apparent they cater to minors. It is known amongst school peers that they'll give minors tattoos so theyll travel the 30 minutes across town for the service.
The co-owner Benny and I had a very serious chat today and I also filed a complaint with the BBB. My attorney will be contacted if the result of their law breaking actions are not to my satisfaction. They stripped me of the right as a parent and my minor daughter is now permanently tatted.
