I made an appointment for a few piercings and was set up with Derek. I was a bit over-ambitious in my piercing plans and Derek talked me through his recommendations on scaling back for health and safety reasons. I really appreciated his professionalism and consideration over making an additional dollar. Derek was super friendly and personable and helped calm some of my nerves. I ended up getting a septum and 2 side by side nostril piercings. It was quick and fairly painless. Derek will definitely be getting my future business.
The room was very clean and the shop seems to take covid precautions very seriously, which I greatly appreciated (I’ve seen Facebook lives from other shops that seem to have a revolving door of clients with little to no clean time in between).
I can’t wait to return to switch out jewelry and get more piercings! (And also, hopefully, some tattoos from other artists in the shop).

I went in for 1 piercing and left with 3! 😂 If that doesn't tell you how amazing Xene is, I dunno what will. She made what could have been a very awkward experience so much easier, and I'll definitely be back for more in the future! I hope to return for a tattoo, too 🥰

Brandon did an amazing job doing my septum piercing! He made me feel comfortable, calm, and even laugh. He explained the process and after care clearly to me. I’m definitely going back for another piercing once this one heals!
Update: I went back for a nostril piercing and it was down by Xene and they were also amazing! They helped me sm by giving me advice on which side to do the piercing. They made me laugh, feel even more confident with my piercing, and even gave me a replacement ball for my septum since I lost it whoops! :)

this place was amazing! came in for a walk-in for a septum piercing about a month ago. my piercer was xene, and they were so kind and walked me through every step of the piercing. the studio itself is very clean and has a nice vibe, and I appreciate that they still honor covid prevention protocols! Each room is private and feels personal, they are all decorated with things that the piercers like, and local art. overall, *chef’s kiss*

I can’t rave about this place enough. Seriously love everyone and everything about this shop. I got my nose pierced last year and have had to go back a few times either for questions or to switch out the piercing for other jewelry or the medical silicone (?) piece for a few MRIs I’ve had. Derek is FREAKING AMAZING. He’s always so friendly and eager to help and will answer any questions you have and never make you feel silly for asking. Derek is very knowledgeable about piercings. The shop is clean and organized. You won’t regret going here. I’m happy I found them last year when I was looking for a shop.

Derek gave me a nose piercing and it was a wonderful experience! He was clearly very knowledgeable and made me and my friends feel super comfortable and at ease (they were getting piercings too). We even changed rooms for each friend so they could sanitize the rooms! Would come again, thanks Derek!
Update Oct. 3rd 2019- I got my daith pierced with Derek and it was the most painless piercing experience I've ever had! He was so fast about it and there was literally no more than a pinch of pressure for the piercing. Thank you guys so much!

Took my little sister for her first piercing for her 18th Birthday! She got her septum done with Derek. It took some time before we got in the room but it was because they are keeping it as clean and Covid Safe as possible! Derek did an awesome job going over the aftercare and possible problems that may arise. He made sure that she understood it all and gave her his info as well as aftercare instructions. I can't wait to go back but for me this time!
