Never go here for Friday the 13th. I went only because they were going to open at 10. I got there about 9:15 to get in line. I was within the first 20 people in line so I thought cool about 2 or 3 hour wait. Nope 4 hours later myself and others still in line with no updates. They had a sheet they asked us to sign to be called when it was our turn. No call no text. I left a little after 1 and never heard from them. It was completely unorganized.

Professional and very clean. Only thing I didn't like was MY TATTOO. SIMPLE LETTERING DID WRONG. This lettering should have had a calligraphy look.

This is absolutely the coolest shop I've ever been to. The whole vibe and decorations made it such a peaceful and wonderful experience. Zanda is so rad. Good vibes as the sign says and tons of plants. Such a unique environment.
