I love this place! The vibes are impeccable and the artist, who was Dulce for me, is so kind!! Super understanding and lovely people. I love their cat too! The place is super gorgeous and clean and just overall really really good experience! I’ve had two tattoos with Dulce so far and I’m looking forward to more!

Drove from South Austin to snag one of their August Flash tattoos and I’m super happy I did! Dulce was amazing and did a good job on my spider; can’t wait to work with her again for future projects! Everything was super clean and homey, lots of plants everywhere and everyone was chill.

I love this shop. I’ve had two tattoos done here, both by Zanda - who is PHENOMENAL! We had a 10 minute consultation for a cover up and she custom drew a design that I couldn’t be happier with. Make an appointment with your artist and they will devote all their time and attention to you, giving you the most beautiful piece of art.

I went in to get a flash tattoo with Dulce and I really liked how it came out. She had a lot of great drawings to choose from in her collection, but her drawing of a bunny really called out to me. Aside from her great line work, it was also nice to sit there and talk with her for an hour.

Got my first tattoo here and was really nervous but everyone there was really nice and helpful. The whole place is so cool and slay, I love the vibes. Was a really wonderful experience and I’m definitely gonna come back for my next tattoo. :)

I drove a long way to get one of the flash tattoos done on a Friday and triple checked their hours before making the drive over. They have it listed as closing at 9PM, we got there at 6 PM and they let us know they were done with flash. Fine.
I also messaged the shop and scheduled an appointment for a few tattoos I wanted to get done for my birthday. I sent over my inspiration pictures and said many times I wanted to do it by the hour and that it would be multiple tattoos. They agreed and let me know their artist, guest artist I guess, Nick was going to be my artist.
I come back on the day of my appointment and nick is confused as to what I want. By that time I had also tried reaching out to him directly, and got no response. He says I was booked for a flash tattoo. I show him the messages between the shop and I and he says okay send me the inspiration pictures and I'll try and draw something up for you because I'm not comfortable copying other people's work (but you're okay to tattoo the flash other artists did? Ok) so I agreed. He saw the inspiration pictures, showed them to the person behind the counter and started laughing. Rude but whatever. I waited over half an hour then he comes back and tells me he's 'not feeling these' and that he's willing to do a flash instead.
At this point I have 2 wasted trips to this shop, that's not close to my house. I tried everything I could to communicate and was met with a " that sucks my bad" attitude. The tattoos I wanted were simple, nothing too extravagant. If that's not his style they shouldn't have set me up with him as an artist in the first place when they saw what I wanted done. They did the bare minimum which was give me my deposit back, but my birthday gift to myself was absolutely ruined. I was very excited to come here as I saw it all over tiktok, but now I know I won't ever come back. Absolutely hate how things went down, and didn't even get an apology for their own lack of professionalism.

Love this shop it's everything you could ask for in a place to get tatted, it's CLEAN!! The staff are super welcoming and accommodating! Cookie is an amazing artist and so thoughtful and talented. Keep up the great work!!
