Super disappointed with my experience at Atomic Tattoo today. My niece and I are both wanting to do a tribute tattoofor my mother, and since my previous experience at Atomic Tattoo was beyond wonderful it was our first stop. When we walked in we explained what we wanted, and that we would like some assistance in choosing an artist as well as the design. The gentleman behind the counter came across as smug and rude before he retreated to the back where he remained. We browsed portfolio's, but since no one came back to the lobby we left. This was supposed to be a fun bonding experience. Very disappointing.

Yep, still one of the best places in Austin. I got my first tattoo done at their original location in 1996. It still looks good. My husband and I had our wedding bands done at this location, followed the special directions the artist gave us for finger tattoos and we never had to go back for a touch up!!! **They also do a great job on piercings!!

Had a wonderful time here, the staff is friendly, detail orientated, and attentive. This shop is also very clean and sanitary. Got four piercings and one sizeable tattoo completed in one day.
They accept walk-ins; I would suggest calling ahead of time to see if they're busy, you typically won't be waiting very long though. Atomic is also open late into the evening which is a plus.
Highly recommend going here, they're a little bit pricey but the quality of the overall experience and work is well worth it. I will be using this specific shop for all of my piercing and tattoo needs in the future!

I been having a headache for 2wks now.. I had been taking sinus meds, I went got tested for Covid..everything was negative. I take Topamax for migraines daily, wasn't thinking I was having a migraine episode until no meds was working. I had the Daith piercing b4 but it came out about 2yrs ago. I went to Emily in extremely pain & tha moment she gave me the DAITH PIERCED, Yesssssssz hunty😍 that pain went away. Thanks Again Emily😘

I went here for my first tattoo. Granted they were super simple, I was able to get BOTH piercings and small simple tattoos within an hour. It was my first for both, and they were really chill about our nerves and reassured us about the pain. They were super professional but still comfortable people to trust my skin with.

Just went in with my brother. Front staff was friendly and let us know up front on the wait time. Not to bad, 45 minutes. We stuck around and got hooked up with Cody as our artist. Cody did an amazing job! The ink was perfect and was exactly what we wanted. The price was fair and Cody was great the whole time. Making jokes, he is a funny guy, and telling us stories about this and that. Made us get comfortable and to top all that off, he was light handed. I hardly felt a thing. This place and especially Cody have my business in the future.

Got my conch pierced. Staff was fast and friendly. Very clean environment as well. Will be coming back for future piercings.
