The art work looked amazing, but they are terrible with scheduling. I had one appointment that ended up getting cancelled because the artist ended up not being able to do the day we had scheduled, and I had told them it was the only day I had available. Then we had another date in place months in advance, and the date was confused for an earlier date. I told them no, the appointment is for a such and such day in another month. We had a day and time agreed upon, so I don’t understand that. Then the day before the actual appointment, the artist asked to reschedule. Again with the rescheduling! I had told them that I needed this specific date that we set up because my sister was in town from out of state, and this is the only time we have. At this point, I am frustrated and don’t want to be tattooed by someone who I am frustrated with. So I decided not to use them at all. But I am out of my deposit now. Even though he was the one who kept canceling and rescheduling. Also, there wasn’t any sketches done ahead of time for me to look at, so I had no idea what to expect. I won’t knock their artwork, but they need to work on their scheduling abilities. It came across very unorganized and flakey.

I spent years, literally years, thinking about getting a tat, deciding what design I wanted and then where to put it. I went to Alex and gave him the basic concept of what I finally decided to get. Together we spent an hour creating, changing and rechanging the design until I was absolutely happy with it. Then he inked me. The process wasn't painful and went relatively quick. On top of that, I didn't feel like I had to sell my jewelry to pay for it. If I decide to ever get another one, I'll be back.

Got my halfsleeve finished by Juan at Alliance. It was an angel wing from my shoulder blade to above the elbow and I get compliments on it everyday. The 3D detail and shading on every feather is absolutely beautiful. He was very friendly and polite as well as proffesional. I walked in and told him my ideas then went back 2 weeks later. I definitley recommend for anyone looking for a great tattoo artist.

Professional and friendly staff in a clean studio. Juan did my tattoo. I am very pleased with the outcome. This was my 9th tattoo and my 1st at Alliance. I will be coming back here for my next tattoo. Your search is over. This shop is highly recommended!
