Called to ask some questions for ear piercings, and the guy I was speaking with hung up on me before I was finished. Will not be spending my money there, I can only imagine the in-person service.

Don't let the 2 and a half stars foul you! This place is great Adrian make an amazing water color tattoo which no one in McAllen wanted to do it, he make it to look exactly how I wanted it.

Bad piercing practices. Piercing people with mystery metal, externally threaded jewelry, coated jewelry, bad placing. Example: hip piercings that should've been pierced with a surface bar or dermal anchors were instead pierced with that flexible material. Asking to be rejected.
Guys, invest in some Anatometal, Industrial Strength, NeoMetal, Gorilla Glass, Glasswear Studios...I could go on and on.
Public: go get pierced elsewhere. The valley sucks for this type of stuff.

I went in yesterday to ask about a cover up....the guy took a two second look at pic and said, " i will pass"! So rude!!! Not even an acknowledement that he didnt have the experience to do it! Terrible customer service!
