Had my tattoo done by Carlos. He is easy to work with, straightforward, and cares about the quality of his work. I went to a lot of people around the Valley trying to find someone for color realism and he is the best! Highly recommended. I love the way my lion tattoo turned out. It is better than I expected or asked for.

I got my snake bites done by Adrian here and he was just wonderful all around, very polite, answered all the questions I had and talked me through the piercings. Even though it only took 15 minutes, He made sure I was happy with the placement before starting and took his time I really felt like he wanted to make sure they looked good and didn't rush the process. The only downside was when I first entered the shop the woman who greeted us and was seeing what we needed was some what rude, but Over all great experience left the shop very happy :)

My artist was Adrian and he was awesome. The first i went in to ask about the piece i wanted he was attentive with what I wanted. I later went in for a piercing and he had such a smooth hand, explained every step, showed me everything was new, made me feel at ease. When i went in to get my tattoo, i was blown away. It was a small piece but he added some detail to it that I didn't expect and i fell in love with it. Highly recommend this shop.

Loved the tattoo I got...it means a lot to me. Loved the vibe at the shop and the crew was chill. Laura did my tattoo it's really beautiful. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the after care. Definitely recommend this place.

Went in asking about getting a tattoo. Guy said to come back at 8pm with NO MENTION of an appt or DEPOSIT. Went back and he was extremely rude. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend. Went to lady ink empire instead across the street with no appt needed and got the tattoo I wanted in less than an hr and provided a tip.

I got my first tattoo here by the girl Laura. They do a good job but because they are so busy due to needing appointments and stuff with covid, they often have customer service problems. I went to this tattoo shop for the quality and professionalism, they open the needle in front of you and everything is extremely sterile. My tattoo was healed within about 2 weeks and looks great. The other reviews about the customer service are not wrong, but keep in mind they are so overwhelmed with people it’s hard for just the 3 of them to keep up. The girl Laura is a bit rude, and she gave me a funny look when I went to ask for a tattoo instead of a piercing. I ignored it and she agreed to do my tattoo the next day. It came out nice and I would come here again but I do not suggest going if you are impatient, have no anger management, or cannot deal with people. Good shop nice tat but definitely some things that need improvement.

I get all of my tattoos with Laura, and to be honest, all of the “they are rude” comments, are very annoying. They are not here to pamper you or spoon feed you, they get plenty of you thru out the day talking about how other tattoo artists are or their prices, they get plenty of annoying people. Plus they’re artists. Respect their space, and they don’t owe you ANYTHING. If you ever sat down and got a tattoo and didn’t get scared away by people not automatically being so thrilled to meet someone new, you would know they’re actually very welcoming and will speak to you nicely if you do the same. I would definitely recommend to someone who wants a nice tattoo and doesn’t mind someone (who owes them nothing) talking normally rather than annoyingly happy. Great place, great artists, great service.

the girl in the front idk who she is but has to change her attitude. She was so rude and kept making faces. Lacks customer service skills! She had tattoos all around and had long black hair. The guy that worked on our tattoos was nice, but still wouldnt go back. Im all about customer service and the way this “lady” treated us was not welcoming at all.
