I took my daughter to Firebird to get her ears pierced today. Absolutely wonderful experience. I called first and was super pleased with the level of courtesy and all the information that was provided. Arrived at the studio as a walk-in and was greeted by Jon (whom I had spoken with on the phone) and it was he who did the piercing.
Jon was meticulous about getting the placement right. I'll be honest, my daughter has one ear that sticks out more and is a bit wonky. He never made her feel self conscious but did make sure that the piercings were even and aesthetically pleasing. I especially appreciate his demeanor with my nervous 7 year old. She didn't even flinch and actually watched as he pierced her second ear. The cleanliness of the studio is immaculate. 10/10 Check them out!

I got my ears pierced by John about a month ago and he did so great! It was my first time getting a piercing and he reassured me and had some awesome jokes to calm me down! Everything was sterile and he made sure the piercing was where I wanted it! Super affordable in my opinion considering I asked other tattoo parlors and they charged twice as much as firebird did! Was in and out within 20 minutes! Totally recommend!

I took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced on 3/4/23 and was very pleased with the service John provided. He was very thorough in explaining step by step on what he was going to do, and was very careful in making sure her earlobes match and not to look crazy. John was very patient with my daughter and handled her piercing with extreme care, since she had a bad experience at Claire’s. He provided after care instructions and he also insisted if we had any problems or issues to contact him and he will take care of her.
I was also pleased with John, he also did my nose piercing and he was awesome !! He explained everything he was doing, great experience ive had, definitely would recommend John for piercings.

I got Jimmy to do a walk in for me and he killed it. It was awesome, he made sure everything was right and answered any questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend trying to get lucky with a walk in, or visiting any of the artists in the shop for a piece.

Drew did an amazing job on my tattoo!
My husband got a great one from him last week. Drew took his time to draw up our artwork we brought to him. He offered me two options for my tattoo!
I appreciated the time and attention he gave to me. He wasn’t even annoyed when my husband and step daughter wanted to watch and take pics of the process!
We recently moved to the area from Noth Texas and my husband and I are convinced that we found our tattoo artist in the Houston area!
We already have our list of tattoos ready to go!
