Brought my 10 year old in for ear piercing. Everyone was kind and piercer was so patient and talked my girl through every step! Clean, quick & easy.

Issues with scheduling. Called and was told I could come in whenever to get a tattoo. Then when I showed up was told I had to make an appointment. No price estimate given. The environment is unprofessional and I was brushed off several times. It seems like no employees were versed in customer service, sometimes actively avoid eye contact when I approached them with a question.

I sent my info in a few days before, as requested. However, when I showed up for the appointment, the artist asked me two questions before printing off a reference photo I sent and using that as the tattoo. He did not fully give me information on what it would look like, resulting in a product I did not like. The tattoo itself lacks a focal point and has rudimentary errors such as a line that is not straight and not leaving enough space during line work.

All around, a negligible amount of time spent in prep and figuring out what I wanted. In hindsight, there were a few red flags, but if you're an unassertive person like me (and afraid to lose a $50 deposit) I would suggest staying away. Also, order your after care cream before your appointment because they upcharge.

As far as Tattoo work ken is real good, but my issue with him was his attitude toward the customer. I don"t know if he was on his period that day or what but he was very rude. My friends was getting a tattoo on her back in the spinal area and she wasn't doing that good. She started saying it hurt and then Ken started being very very rude to her. I felt like that was real unprofessional and ruined my friend and I's visit to this Tattoo Shop and i wont be returning ever. As far as Art work though he is pretty good.

After years of searching for the right artist and recommendations from all my friends, I went to Hitlist to get a cover up of a mistake I got years ago. Ken is very experienced and professional. Not only did he completely cover it up, he does amazing work. His light hand makes the healing process so easy. I’ve never met an artist that takes such great pride in their work and loved the piece as much as their customer. I booked my next appt right after I was finished. Recommend 10/10!

Ken and Megan are the best. I have had Ken do several tattoos for me and I am never disappointed, he does great artwork, very professional, and takes great pride in giving his customer what they want. I would highly recommend HitList Ink to anyone wanting a tattoo. I wont go anywhere else!!

After a life-altering surgery that left scars, Ken was able to create a beautiful outcome that I’ll be forever grateful for! He is kind, talented and has God-given skills and abilities that are beyond amazing. Thank you Ken!

Ken is seriously the best!!! Light handed and does phenomenal work! I’ve seen him for the past 8-10 years and I’ve always loved every piece he’s done! I’ll never see anyone besides him. He’s 100% worth the wait!

I got my Medusa pierced at this shop. It came out beautifully and i still have it in to this day. The service was very good and the man who did my piercing was very nice and made me feel more comfortable. Not to mention that the shop is very pretty! Just an all around good shop with good people working there!

I had a not so great tattoo experience and Ken was able to make a beautiful piece out of something I wasn’t very happy with. I love the colors he added to make it pop and the ombré effect. He was so easy to work with and a very talented artist!

I was ready to jump on a plane to California for my first tattoo when I found this local tattoo studio! Super professional and the owner Ken Kahler is true artist! It might be a year wait for him, but totally worth it if your serious and want the best the Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, Texas has to offer.
