Nate did a great job on my custom arm work. He is very detail oriented and crafted the artwork until it was just perfect for my arm. I’m so glad I met Beth & Thomas, too! Jeremy also does a fantastic job at the front desk. Thanks so much to all those at LHT and I am looking forward to coming back to continue working on my full sleeve with Nate.

Karl finished up my shoulder piece and it is amazing. It turned out way better than I know of ever imagined. Great artwork and very friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for more work in the future.

I love this shop! I have had two tattoos done by two different artists, and THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. I recommend Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo to all my friends and family. I even got my mom to get her first tattoo here and SHE LOVES IT. I have not tried another shop since I have been here. Everyone is so friendly and it is so clean! They also make sure that they recommend an experienced artist to match with the customer's concept, which is something I have never seen. Usually, I just get the first person available for my walk-in at other shops. I truly admire their professionalism and dedication to their work.

Stephanie was great. My best friend and I came in to get forward-facing helix piercings. The shop was very clean and staff extremely welcoming and laid back. She did a great job, and was obviously very focused on hygienic practices and the results. The jewelry is very cute and not your typical, “here’s a steel bar bell,” styling. So, even as it’s healing, it’s cute! I’d definitely recommend this shop!

My beautiful bonus daughter wanted to get a tattoo for her birthday and I wanted one, too. I called several places and they were all booked up. So I found Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo online and called them. They said come on in!! Well we went and we were very impressed. The shop was clean, the guys were professional and they gave us exactly what we wanted. We both absolutely LOVE our tattoos. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Shane for taking such good care of me!!

Terrible experience. The piercer was Tiana. We specified that Dez has a nickel allergy on the paperwork that we filled out, and (according to the piercer) the jewelry used was not nickel free. The earring posts were far too short for thicker earlobes and the ears immediately swelled beyond the jewelry. The eyebrow was pierced too deep, too far towards the middle of the eyebrow, and the bottom ball was getting caught in Dez’s eyelashes. No markings were used to indicate where the piercing was going to be placed as Tiana “Does not mark where the piercing is going, I’ve been doing this a long time” so Dez could not approve the placement. Dez also asked for 14g piercings in the ears, they gave them 18g. Only one person at a time was allowed (despite nobody wearing masks) so I was unfortunately not able to intervene before things got ugly. Dez expressed to Tiana that they have very high anxiety, and Tiana rushed through the process without talking them through it. One ear, the eyebrow, the other ear…We immediately removed the jewelry and requested a refund, but were aggressively denied. Neither of us saw any posting regarding refund policy in the paperwork or otherwise. They claimed no responsibility, but continued to blame Dez for not “Vocally stating that they have a nickel allergy and thick earlobes”. It’s also also worth noting that Tiana lied and said that Dez confirmed the placement of the eyebrow piercing despite the fact that the only confirmation she got was that it was in fact the left eyebrow. She started piercing whilst discussing the placement, and did not get approval from Dez. Throughout this experience, Dez was consistently referred to as “she” despite the fact that we repeatedly specified their pronouns. The whole encounter was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. We will not return. We learned a tough, emotional, $100.83 lesson tonight, and I hope to spare anyone else the same experience.

I got three piercings done here by Whitney and had the best experience! The building is clean and the staff are very experienced and professional. Whitney was friendly, had such a calm manor and did such a great job with my piercings. I would highly recommend going here for any/all piercings!

My friend and I went to get our noses pierced together and it was a great experience. Stephanie did an awesome job and made it such a painless process. Everyone in the shop was incredibly friendly, it's all kept super clean, and the vibes are great. She was accommodating with my latex allergy, and let us play around with the placement of the piercing for as long as we needed. We felt very comfortable. My husband and I are planning to go and get tattoos from them as well. Would recommend!
