Sam pierced my 13 year old daughters ears. She was very patient and kind. My daughter is afraid of needles and Sam explained everything she was doing and made it as painless as possible. This was the best possible piercing experience. My daughter did so well that she decided to get both ears double pierced. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough!

My piercer was Darby Payne and she is wonderful ! she helped me when i came to the parlor when i had a bad reaction to the previous jewelry i had, she gave me a bigger piece to account for swelling and when i came back to get resized she helped me pick out the perfect jewelry for it. She also pierced my lip and was really great at calming my nerves and talking me through the process, amazing and professional! would recommend coming here for future piercings

I liked all of the artists. They were very nice. Some small teamwork here and there which is nice to see. My artist Kimmie was awesome and I still feel like I didn't leave enough for a tip. She was very fun to talk to and also genuinely very understanding. I'm very glad to have gone there especially since the tattoo I got is very special to me. Personel and service was top! They were able to squeeze me in like a week in advance, although I would recommend getting an appointment ahead of time. A few months depending on the artist, especially if you want someone specific. Great experience!
