Blue Panda Tattoo

I came here spontaneously for an outer conch piercing. My sister and I decided to get our piercings together and she had gotten word that Blue Panda does good piercings. We called in advance to make sure the piercer was in. When we got there, it wasn’t busy and it was an hour until closing. They let us go in together:) We ended up meeting Andrew, the piercer, and his persona made us feel at ease and comfortable.
Honestly, I was pretty nervous walking in, I’m not afraid of needles but I’m super picky and a big perfectionist. And I didn’t want my piercing to come out bad. I went first and I told him exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. He was extremely patient and didn’t get frustrated with us even though I was really particular and made him adjust the mark a few times. I asked him all my silly questions and he answered them without judging me and gave me real insight.
Andrew definitely cared, and didn’t rush us even though they were already nearing closing time. He made sure we were happy with the piercing. He also made sure we knew how to properly clean it and told us to call if we had any questions or if the piercing wasn’t healing well.
For my piercing I wanted a hoop on it. I got a 10mm hoop on it and I loved how it looked because it hugged my ear. Even though he told me I’d need a wider hoop for the healing. I did the routine cleaning and it was healing well. Until the weekend and I realized how much it was bothering me. It swelled up.
I ended up contacting Andrew and he was gracious enough to have me come to the shop and he swapped the hoop with a stud to help the healing process. He assured me that when it heals, I can put a hoop back on it.
It’s been 3 months and it’s healing perfectly. And I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I love it and I’m happy how it came out:)

I loved LOVED this place, so upset that I didn't come here earlier! I've gotten piercings from other places and ended up having to take it off because it was placed in wrong, or it swelled up really bad. I got my cartilage pierced and it's been exactly two weeks and it already feels healed, no problems with it. Doesn't even hurt! Feels like I've had it for a big while now! I got super super sunburned and my ear as well got sunburned, I got worried when my ear started to swell up but the piercing looked fine, but I was still worried that I called Andrew, the guy that pierced my ear, and he was totally nice asking questions and caring. Really made me feel better how to take care of my ear if it continued to swell, the swelling went down and it's back to normal. It really looks nice and doesn't hurt at all compared to others when I got it pierced. The staff was so nice, Andrew was super nice as well and really made me, my mom and sister feel in good hands. Just a big thanks to this place!! And we're not from El paso so that says a lot from this place, no other tattoo place where I live can top this. Thank you!

Went to get my helix & second piercing on both lobes. Andrew was very professional and nice. As someone who is afraid of needles, he was very understanding and gave me breaks when needed. The shop was clean & sanitary. He also took the time to explain to me the aftercare, and explained everything beforehand. Definitely recommend!

Just got an industrial piercing and I could not be happier. It is so clean and professional Andrew was so careful and really cared how my piercing was placed. The cleanness is impressive and he makes sure you understand the information for after care clearly. Thanks!!!

Got my septum done here and the piercer did a horrible job. It was by far the most painful piercing I’ve ever had done and the septum is supposed to be the least painful. The jewelry he used was too small and was tearing my skin off. Absolutely horrible. I went to House of Pain on montwood and the piercer was horrified with how Andrew did my piercing. He used a huge gauge for my septum that shouldn’t have been used. The gauge was so thick it should’ve been used if I wanted to stretch the septum. Thankfully Aaron at House of Pain was able to fix it and gave me a more comfortable jewelry. I advise no one to come here for a piercing. When he saw I clearly didn’t like it he offered no solution. If you’re thinking of getting a piercing I highly encourage you to go to House of Pain on montwood or anywhere else.

I got my nose piercing done by Andrew. I def will be going back to get the next one done by him. Super professional and funny. He made me feel super comfortable. Great experience.

I got my nose piercing here and they were super clean and nice. This was my first piercing and they did really good and told me everything about the cleaning and aftercare for it, two days later they did my sisters lip piercing and everything went good and they had good customer care and price

A few friends and I got tattooed by Mike. They all turned out amazing. My friend didn’t have a picture to go off of so he basically described the tattoo he wanted and Mike went back and drew out a design and he ended up loving. My tattoo and my boyfriends tattoo turned out exactly like the photos we showed him. Definitely recommend this place. This was my first tattoo and I want him to do all of my future tattoos (:

I TRULY hate to leave a mediocre review however, Matt started doing a cover up/fix up tattoo. He did amazing on the part that he worked on (it’s a half sleeve) I was totally happy with it. I moved to the Dallas area and informed him I was 100% okay with making the trip to El Paso. I just needed to book out in advance and insure that the appointment would be held.
I text him for 6+ months trying to set an appointment up with him. Knowing he travels a lot, I told him I was okay booking months out. He wouldn’t respond. I finally tried one more time and told him that if he wasn’t willing to fix it, he just needed to tell me.
He responded that he needed to check with a few other clients and check his schedule and get back with me. It’s been MONTHS since and no response.
He truly is a great artist and Im happy with the small area he completed however I don’t think it’s good business to leave a customer hanging the way he did. Especially a customer who tried for so long to set something up and was willing to be flexible AND travel 600+ miles just to have him finish.
AND I BELIEVE he still has my deposit. I could be wrong but usually you use the $50 deposit towards your later sessions.

Luis has to be the absolute worst tattoo artist in El Paso the dude was super unprofessional and dirty.
Line work sucked would definitely recommend using someone else
