Kevin is awesome. Did awesome on the tat for my deceased mom. Would recommend him as your new artist for sure. Facility is extremely nice and clean. Staff is friendly as well.

Update 8/15/22: dang, I can't go past 5 stars on here?! Lol but seriously, Franco is the BEST piercer in town. He's now helping me with my stretching journey!

Franco did an amazing job piercing my septum!! I love it so much. I've been wanting it done for years and finally took the plunge and he did not disappoint. He made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, and he did it so seamlessly and the pain was tolerable. Through and through a great expirience. Now I will come back here for more piercings from the lovely Franco, and tattoos from the dope artists I interacted with and met during my visit!

Me and my two sisters walked in to get matching avocado tattoos. We were greeted and never once felt like we were bothering them by being there like I sometimes feel at nearby tattoo places. Majesty did our tattoos and did an amazing job. He was funny, personable and professional. We really enjoyed him and the shop. 10 out of 10 recommend this shop and Majesty!

Good service. 3 tattoos 3 artist. We each got exactly what we wanted. So glad my daughter pulled me out of bed. 5 years of talk finally put into action. For me, my 7 year journey thru hell has ended and a new season is upon us. This Phoenix is a testament to my survival.

Do not go in here if you want to be specific about what you want. Asked Ox to change 2 simple things on the printed mockup tattoo of a ruler (very simple), and he blew up on me, and said I'm making him do too much work. Said he won't tattoo me cause he's "not feeling it". If you want what YOU want permanently on you, don't go. Very rude.

Only complaint? 2022 - Still no walk-ins post pandemic. (I know this isn't the only parlor with this policy but ...) Surely someone is bored at different times of the day. I'm all for Walking in and being told -we're backed up today. But the zero walk-in policy is raining on my Parade of Impulsivity. READY for normalcy. Plus I'm ready to touch up my Phoenix and add new art. Birthdays coming guess I need to set an appointment.

Ox is an amazing artist!! I live his customer service. Hes honest and not all about the money. We will definitely be going back to see him.

I got my first tattoo yesterday with Lara. She did an amazing job! We still have one more session to go but I’m already in love with it! Shes very nice and made the experience less nerve wracking specially for someone that’s not a big fan of needles. Great price and amazing quality. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next tattoo.

My friend previously went here and paid $80 for her tattoo so i was thinking it would be around the same price. I went here to get a quote for a tattoo of 5 tiny words. ( different artist than my friend i will say) the artist quoted me $500 for 5 tiny words on my chest my mouth actually dropped to the floor. I think he just did not want to tattoo me. Anyways I had the best experience at smillin ricks with a bunch of my friends and I paid $80.

Extremely over priced.. me and my husband went to get matching tattoos for our 4yr wedding anniversary and I was charged $120, he was charged $160.. tattoos look nothing alike, quality is good I can’t deny that but it took no more than 20 min. On each tattoo. If anything I think my husbands was some what worth the price but mine not even close.. there were a few people who turned around due to the prices but I guess this is something we can check off our bucket list..

Front desk was not very friendly and a positive is I got a nose piercing that was only $35 so that Is a great price compared to other shops..
