This is an absolutely amazing shop. Great vibes, clean everything, and skilled professionals all come together to create something more than just a regular studio. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone - collectors and curious alike. You will walk away with something special.

This was my first tattoo, so I can’t reference it to any other experience. But...
Alex (@holland_tattoos) and the whole team at Welcome Stranger provided me with the most professional experience I could’ve ever imagined.
I came to them with a concept that I thought may be difficult and they made the whole process look easy.
The place is clean, and is all around a wonderfully curated environment. The staff and other artists are all extremely friendly and welcoming.
I’m sure it’s been said, but you don’t feel like a stranger at all here.
I came during covid of course...the place was very clean, everyone was wearing masks. I saw folks regularly sanitizing the counters. The service was top notch, bar none.
Go here. Support these artists. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter went here for her 1st tattoo when she turned 18, the price was a little high for such a small tattoo but hey you get what u pay for 😆 I think it was done very well and the work came out beautifully the guys were polite and very chill atmosphere... all & all My Daughter had a Great Experience and that's what I was looking for 🙂 definitely would go again Yall ask For Gilbert he did a great job and don't for get to Tip your Artist!

Andy has been my go-to artist for almost 10 years - always down for my crazy ideas, delivers clean work every single time, is affordable, super genuine and creates a great atmosphere wherever he is.
When I discovered that he had opened Welcome Stranger, I was very excited, as he is super talented and tends to surround himself with others who are as well.
Tonight I went with a friend of mine who got the tiniest, cutest, most precise butterflies from Thomas F.
Happened to run into another friend getting multiple pieces by another artist that same night, so it's easy to say this...

Had a great evening with Andy, Gilbert, and phoebe. Andy is such a kind and intelligent tattooer. He did a great job with my piece and I am super pleased with it. In the age of tatstagram, $400 minimums, 3 month waiting lists, 15 year olds with face tattoos, Welcome stranger is an accessible, pleasant breath of fresh air. More of this please!
