We saw Travis for a family event, 2 kids got their ears done and my nose. My girl was so scared and he took such great care to make her feel safe and comfortable. I will be back!!

So I went in to get my daughter who is 16 years of age nose piercing and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that I would need a birth certificate (not a problem) school id( not a problem ) but that if the fathers named on the birth certificate he would either need to be there or give a notarized letter stating it was ok, and that my my child is not even recognized as a human in the state of Texas. And that it's a felony b I think he said if he was to do it without the other parent Signature. So I called a couple other places just to see if what he said was true! And it was not! All I needed was her birth certificate my Driver's license and her school id.

Great customer service at the shop, and David Figueroa is a badass tattoo artist! I initially had a bad experience with one of the employees that worked at Franklin’s. He scammed me out of a lot of money, but after he got fired, the shop went above and beyond to make things right. Franklin made a point to ask the other tattoo artists that rent out rooms there if they would be willing to do the tattoo that I had planned, knowing full well that the shop would be losing the $300 I had already paid to the other tattoo artist. David F. was ready and willing to do that tattoo, and even honored the original price that I and been quoted, which I’m sure fell below what his hourly rate was. He made a point to clearly understand what I wanted in the tattoo, and exercised the perfect amount of artistic freedom to make it a unique and original piece. I couldn’t be happier!

Franklin was super nice and corrected my body piercings that another shop did incorrectly. I’m typically uncomfortable with having a male do my piercings, especially my chest like today, but he made me feel comfortable and got things done quick and helped so much!

Haze always gives the VIP treatment to his clients. I would recommend him to anyone. I have gotten two tattoos from him and each time he makes me feel completely comfortable. He is a professional that walks you thru the whole thing and a super cool guy. His work is crispy fresh AF. The shop owner made a point to stop by and make sure I was happy which was appreciated.
