Amazing! My friends and I decided on this shop on a whim when we came up for a girls trip. We were incredibly impressed to find that the service and professional of these people was through the roof. They were so accommodating and genuinely cared about getting you exactly what you want. Neither me or my friends felt uncomfortable even though we were basically there all day considering there were 3 separate appointments. I would 100% drive the 4-5 hours again just to have them pierce me again. Thanks for the amazing piercings Kayla!

I was visiting from out of state and was wanting to get a tattoo as a memory for my visit. Big mistake apparently. I researched this shop and found an artist I really liked, Collie. His style vibed with me a lot and all of the works he posted on his instagram seemed consistent with little to no error. I went in as a walk in since it was a smaller tattoo and was greeted with a not so pleasant attitude from my artist, mumbling a lot and just overall unprofessional. I showed him the piece I wanted, showed where I wanted, and was told that I should book an appointment for the next day, which I didnโt mind, since Iโd rather the artist take more time to plan out and not feel rushed. However, I came in for my tattoo the next day and Collie wasnโt even in the shop, he was out getting lunch, which ended up cutting 30 minutes into my appointment time, so instead of starting at 6, we started at 6:30. He showed me the design, which was completely altered from what I had told him and described for him the day before, he even took notes the day before so he could better understand what the piece was and what it was referencing, but I guess he didnโt listen and just did what he wanted with the piece. I kindly suggested changes to the design so they would better fit would I wanted for the tattoo, like removing the eyeballs he placed in the crown, because he assumed it was a mask despite ime telling him 4 times the day before it was a crown. He told me โso you want to take all the fun out of it.โ. I wouldnโt be so upset if everything before this point hadnโt already been such an unpleasant experience, and had I not put my deposit down the day before, I would've left then. He asked me again what my price range, since I guess he didnโt think to quote me before hand, and I told him 1-300 but iโd prefer to stay closer to 200 or 250 since its not a detailed piece, barely any color, and fairly small in size. He told me it was unreasonable and that even 300 would be screwing himself over. I wasnโt going to argue with an artist on their prices, so I proceeded to get the tattoo, he wasnโt prepared at all and also had other artists sitting in his work area watching TV and eating food. The tattooing process went well, he wasnt rough at all and didnโt cause much bleeding, but looking at the tattoo afterwards was very disappointing. The arrow through the mask is extremely crooked and the linework of the crown is sloppy and lacks any character. He told me if I wanted to โcome back later with more money later to add on and make it look better we canโ which just let me know he wasnโt putting effort into a tattoo that was already way overpriced, considering my other tattoos cost the same or less, are much larger, have much more detail, and look way better than what I received. Other artists in the shop seemed nice, even seeing some finished pieces on other clients while waiting, I was very impressed, but Collie definitely did not care enough to be tattooing that day.

I had given a pic of what I wanted and Mark Gonzales put his own spin on it and made my tattoo one of a kind. He has done most of my tattoos that I have. He's always the best.

I went in with my sister and niece to get a septum piercing for my niece and a few small tattoos for myself and my sister. We didnโt make an appointment because it was small services. Iโm so glad we chose this place and this location. They lady who pierced my Bruce, I believe her name was Sarah, was so comforting and walked my nerve through the entire process. She was quick and she says it was almost painless. Such a great outcome!
For the tattoos we were helped by Brad and Iโm so happy he was there for us! He had great advice and insight on size and location and really helped us make better choices that we would be happy with down the line. The results were great and some fun conversation to keep our minds off any pain. Pricing was super reasonable and I appreciate that he was able to do all of our requests in one visit. This is definitely going to be my place to go for my next โtattoo itchโ.

Sooo I went to atomic for some self care love to myself. Was a very random walk in. I came across this gem of a tattoo artist named Damian! He was so nice, communicative, and light handed! Heโs new to Austin and his work is great! I felt so comfortable.

Based on reviews I decided to use Atomic for an ear cartilage piercing and secondary lobe piercings. I tried to show my piercer the earrings I wanted to wear in my secondary holes because they weren't little studs but she wasn't too interested. (One was a gold "XO" and the other an arrow). She manually pushed the earrings through based on the markings she made on the front of my lobes. All while I was seated on the bench. After I got home I realized the holes were not evenly spaced, were too close to my existing holes and they went through my lobes at an angle instead of straight through.
When I called the next day I was told I needed to reach my piercer through her account on Instagram. After five days of frantic messages with no reply I just went in to the store. That's when I met Laurel.
She looked at my lobe piercings and immediately identified the issues. She ended up removing my earrings until the new holes in the lobe healed. I made sure when I went back for new piercings that I saw her.
My experience was night and day from the first time and I couldn't be happier. She looked closely at my earrings. Both what I wanted in my second holes, and talking into account the size of earrings I usually wore in my existing holes. We spent some time while she examined my ears to determine differences in shape, cartilage placement, etc.
When it was time to go back she was exacting. She marked both the front and the back of my ear then had me lay down on the table (which I thought made a lot more sense). Laurel proceeded to use what felt like a clamp that would help guide her at a straight angle and accurately hit the marks we agreed upon.
I can't say enough good things about Laurel. She even had better choices in jewelry. I would recommend her to anyone as a professional and skilled piercer. I'm so glad I lucked into meeting her.

Collie is awesome! Stayed super late to finish mine & my stepmomโs tattoo when he definitely didnโt have to and took his time to do a good job. Definitely recommend.
