I went on Friday the 13th. I got on the waiting list. I was called when my turn was within 20 minutes. Skylar did my tattoo. He did a great job. I go back in a week so he can add the lettering. It's my second tattoo done there. I will definitely return and I always recommend this place!

I spent today in Arlington and decided to get my nose pierced. Found this shop online and headed in. Keith was super professional and just an awesome, down to earth guy. My piercing turned out perfect, I definitely recommend that Outkast be the place anyone goes to get piercings, they’re inexpensive and still high quality! For sure going back anytime I’m in Arlington.

Keith Wells of Outkast Tattoo Studio is one of the best! His prices are definitely reasonable, his work is amazing, and his coverup work is outstanding! I have many more tattoos I'm planning to get, and I want Keith to do all of them!

Took daughter in for a nose piercing and Keith got us taken care of, was very thorough on what he was doing and how to care for afterwards. Shop was clean don't mind the construction outside its normal anywhere you go nowadays. Good place to go, will be back.

Before yesterday I'd never even stepped foot in a tattoo shop so I had no idea what to expect. Shop is very clean, they are big on hygiene which was important to me. I felt so comfortable and at ease getting my first set of tattoos. Jasin was my artist. He's done all of my husband's work(10 tatts) He's very good at what he does. I'm already working on my next design.Highly recommend this shop, we wont go anywhere else!!
