I got my septum pierced here, and really loved it! I’ve been meaning to come back and get my septum pierced again (My septum closed up after cleaning it one day) but I don’t have my ID any more and everyone normally IDs even though I’m 26 😩 Yay for young genes😓

My 16 year old wanted to get her nosed pierced so we finally said ok. She called and spoke with the piercer on a Wednesday and the piercer told her to be there at 4pm. The piercer then called back and stated they were having a problem with the sanitation machine to come at 5:30 instead. So we said ok, fine, no problem. At 5pm the piercer called back and said the sanitation machine was still not working properly so could we come back another day. We said sure, no problem again.
The piercer specifically told my daughter to come back on Friday July 13, 2018 at 7pm for the Friday The 13th special they were having. So we said ok. We show up at 6:45 pm, the parking lot and lobby were already full of people. So we go to check in, told them our situation and what the piercer told us, and still they turned us away.
Apparently they did not have the time to accommodate an under aged piercing at this time because it was so busy. Again we tried to explain that the piercer is the one who told us to specifically come on this day. Again they told us they could not accommodate our under aged piercing at this time and to come back on any other regular day. We as parents were so mad not to mention my daughter was upset and mad as well.
Everyone says how good of place this is and how nice the people are, I can not say that. We were very disappointed and will never ever go back there again, and we will tell others not to ever go there again either. Thanks for nothing AMEN Tattoos & Piercing.

Called the owner to get my daughters ear pierced she said the piercing guy would be in at noon. Went in an 6pm apperantly the guy is off on vacation. What a piss poor way to run a buisness. Never try them again. They suck.
