got a tattoo here a while ago, wasn't even colored to the lines like a coloring book in kindergarten, didnt notice til the next morning when I took the bandage off and when I went back they wanted me to pay again like it was a new tattoo because I wanted somebody different, very poor work and basic

A month later and my tattoo still has not healed. The artist dug extremely hard in my skin😲 look like I now have a keloid😢
