Very poor appointment management. They just don't care about the customers. The manager is absolutely bad and makes no effort to help. My tattoo artist did not show up for the appointment and no one even updated. No other artist even helped l. Very unprofessional.

Definitely one of my best experiences, I was very scared but Leo took care that I felt at home .... Very nice and thoughtful when doing his job, certainly 100% recommended :)
