Beautiful tattoo pieces. Not great for walk ins though. Would be best if you had the time to set up an appointment. Obviously the artists have the right to make their own schedule. Just disappointing when you make spontaneous decisions. Went to a different tattoo place for that reason.

Fun atmosphere, great quality, hard-working, really clean, the people there love their job yes you do indeed need cash only but it's actually worth it if you want piercings, tattoo ,and maybe even a reading or give one they are really down to earth here and I enjoy getting what I been wanting for a long time and yes it hurts but it's the manageable kind of pain deep breathing and keep in mind what they're doing to you will help that and maybe a prayer before and after I also enjoy getting to know the tattoo artist the piercer the raider and they really are down to the Earth and really group nice people and they do a really good job you should try it out if you are looking for a tattoo or a piercing that you have been wanting for a long time for me it's almost been 15 years that waited and well worth it nice job looking forward to next time.

When I went in, i just wanted a belly button piercing, and after i got it i realized it was crooked, i called before i went back in and she said she would check it out, so i went in and her and several other people tried to convince me it wasn’t crooked, as i walked out, one of the other artists said to me “you shouldn’t question her, she’s very good at her work.” making me feel stupid, so I figured i would wait a few days for the swelling to go down, and take the pros advice, so i waited and it never went down. Not only was it crooked but it was about half an inch above my belly button, not even through my belly button. So i took care of it and it’s now infected. So, one star. I didn’t ever get a refund or even an apology, awful service.

Chasity is the girl! I had a forward helix done at another shop, and they used the wrong piercing stud. Needless to say, it got bad. I called Chasity, she worked me in to change the jewellery. Sadly, the piercing could not be saved, but Chasity was awesome at removing the bad stud and talked me through proper aftercare for letting it heal up. I can't wait to see her again next month to get it done right. Thank you Hard Rock!

Clayton McCrary does an awesome job on tattoos! If you need ink this is def the place to go and he’s the one to see!! He has a passion for what he does and actually enjoys and takes his time on every single piece he does! We will not be using any other artist anywhere else!

They are clean and professional and so far I like it my piercings healed real well and look nice as well they have changed the location it's Tullahoma TN between lava vapor shop and a liquor shop with a nice assortment and bad temper
