Very professional and customer friendly tattoo business. We walked in to get an estimate on fixing and adding too an original tattoo and walked out with with more than I excepted at a very reasonable price. The personal artwork from the artist while paying attention to small details was perfect. We will be back for more before our vacation is over. Highly recommend to all!!!!!

My mom and I each got a tattoo while on vacation in Gatlinburg. Both turned out amazing!! We scheduled online and received a response within the same night! Eric was able to fit us in on short notice and did amazing work on 2 very different pieces. My mother’s required a lot of color and mine was very thin linework. Both receive many compliments!! My linework is the cleanest of all of my tattoos. The healing process was the easiest that each of us have ever went through as well (she has 7 tattoos and I have 4 so we’ve done this a few times.) We were able to meet Eric’s wife who was very nice and welcoming, as well as his children who are great artists themselves!! It’s clear Eric takes great pride in his shop and his work. Glad we found this shop on our vacation!! We have discussed planning next years vacation to Gatlinburg, just so I can get a very intricate piece done by Eric!

The first time I visited the smoky mountains I came here because they had the style I was looking for. Since, I’ve been back for another all the way from Michigan!! Both times as a walk in & they were accommodating & quick!
The entire staff is so friendly and they’re straight up about what they can and can’t do, they try make all their pieces original with extremely fair pricing. They all have an awesome eye for art here. I took my mom with me for my second trip and they made it so much fun to get them done together! Better than any tattoo parlor by home!

Went with my husband to watch him get a tattoo. The shop is so nice and welcoming! Eric was so nice and did an amazing job on my husbands tattoo! The art work they do at this shop is amazing!

Name`s Alex and stopped in and immediately got an appointment with Eric, awesome work and real cool guy that takes his art very serious. Great and very clean shop, straight as an arrow lines and very detailed coloring, highly recommended among all the shops around, this is by far the best! Will definitely be back again next time around, thanks guys!!

What an amazing experience ! Me and my boyfriend wanted to get matching tattoos while visiting from West Virginia 🤘🏻 While on vacation. After reviewing many shops while down there we picked cutless. Let me tell you I’m so glad we did!! The shop it’s self was beautiful and the staff amazing to be around sharp (Justin) did our MATCHING tattoos and y’all they match to a freaking T. The professionalism Of the shop was impressive to say the least. I had 0 doubts or worry’s about how this tattoo was going to turn out will here. ( did I mention our tattoos are sick 🤘🏻🤘🏻) we both felt so comfortable here and our super pleased with the work we left with. Would suggest getting tattoos here 10/10.

I was tattooed by Eric. I was originally quoted $125 but ended up only having to pay $100. They have very reasonable prices considering the size of the tattoo. On top of that, it was super clean and everyone we talked to was super friendly. I would go back again. I recommend this tattoo parlor for anyone looking for a well done piece of art.

I’ve gotten 2 tattoos while visiting Tennessee & have checked out multiple tattoo shops and cutlass tattoo company was by far my favorite shop by far. Super clean and very helpful deciding what tattoo I wanted. My tattoo turned out beautiful and I will definitely be back for another one when I’m in Tennessee again!
