Awsome experience!!! Great people, Won't Find more helpful bunch of Rogue's, lol! Will definitely return for any ink work or just a motivational uplifting from some people who could be more cool then me one day, haha! The whole Social Club experience is platinum level, 5 STAR Best in the business! Made me a whole new man! I won't never be the same, on a whole nother Platio+++ It's all down here from here, I'm never looking back! Thanks Aaron, Jay, and and the rest of the Magicians who call your self's Artists 🎨. If I don't get a 20 % raise in 1 day at work for my transformation I'm gonna quit and apply my self 100 % to this sorcery, after a year of apprentice ship here I will be creating worlds of my own and whole new life forms to play with and become a god myself!

Disappointed. Showed up 30 minutes earlier for an appointment. Yes. I had my children with me to get my ears pierced. They said they can’t ado it because I had my kids. Okay. I left. They charged my card $20 and said I cancelled. They cancelled. Would not recommend.

I was pierced by Dixie this weekend and she was AMAZING. It was a very last minute piercing (about 10 minutes before their cutoff time) but she was still so professional and kind. She explained the entire routine/procedure and told me what she was doing with each step to ensure I was comfortable. The space was clean and had a great vibe. I will FOR SURE be back here for all my future piercings and I will be recommending anyone who is looking to get pierced. If you’re questioning where to go you’ve found it!

Let me first say thank you to the awesome staff. I was greeted warmly by the person who was running the salon. The person doing the piercing was knowledgeable and professional. The prices were really great. The only feedback to the owner would be that it would benefit the place to have a wider selection of piercing accessories to get customers to come back. Overall A+++. Very clean place which is the most important thing to me personally. This is my go to place anytime I want a new piercing because they are so nice, good price, and I’m usually in and out in no time. They also have a great selection of jewelry. Dixie has done several piercings on me and she is awesome! I told her I was a little nervous today and she was super nice about it. She was so fast it didn’t even hurt, just felt a little pressure. Would definitely recommend this place to friends👍🏽

This is going to be a long review, but I've got a lot of good things to say!
I've been to a few piercing studios in Nashville, but this one is by far the best! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've had piercings done by Dixie and Crystal, and I've had jewelry changes by Joe. Dixie performed a challenging piercing for me, and I'm so pleased with the results. She valued my feedback through the whole process, and she explained everything she was doing and why. Afterwards, she sat with me to make sure I was feeling okay before I left. Joe is always a pleasure! He's great to talk to and is incredibly professional throughout the service. He's very mindful of making sure nothing hurts and making sure you're pleased with the results. I've seen him calm down many nervous clients, and they always leave with a smile.
The prices are unbeatable for the quality, and they have plenty of jewelry options to choose from. The piercers also give you their personal contact info so you can get in touch with any questions or concerns at any time. I'd highly recommend booking an appointment instead of trying for a walk-in spot, since the queues get really long really fast (especially on Saturdays)!
The best thing about getting a piercing or jewelry change at Queen of Hearts is that the service is always very personal - even if the piercers have a long line of clients after you, they really take their time to make sure you get the absolute best service, and that's something very rare and special. Jo was so professional and absolutely amazing, he made me and my friend who was getting a septum feel so comfortable and took such good care of us. He walked me through every step of the piercing and executed it flawlessly. I will be coming back for him to fix my cartilage, and possibly shade in a tattoo. So thankful I picked queen of hearts!!

Dixie is awesome, and the lady at the front desk is equally as great. I gave 4 stars because I didn’t get the same vibe from other staff. Outside of that, I would highly recommend Dixie for all of your piercing needs!

I came here on my birthday and was super impressed with how nice the studio was. Joe did my cartilage AND snug piercing and was nothing short of the coolest guy to talk you down from the nerves of a piercing. He was quick and professional which is all I could ask for. Healing process is going amazing!! Super happy :)
