In late August I went to get a daith. I asked the person at the desk if all of the jewelry choices were the same quality or if it some were better, and she assured me that all of them were high quality pieces which is why they were so expensive. I picked one out and it was $60 plus the charge of the piercing. All of this is fine, except my ear turned green because it was a copper alloy, which is not at all appropriate for a new piercing. Even worse than using a low quality alloy is charging that price when it wasn’t even worth $5. Had I known, I would have picked something else.

Sean was great! Took the time to draw up the exact tattoo I wanted and offered great advice and insight to what would look good. He was funny and easy to talk to as well! Very happy with the finished product!!

Excellent service for an impromptu tattoo decision! I’d 100% go back again! We had a group of 5 stop in one day and then a group of 3 stop in the next day. Tattooed were done phenomenally well! I recommend!

My wife and I spent a weekend in Nashville for a concert. We stopped by the shop while we were there. Sean did an amazing job with both of our tattoos. He was super professional, and was a really interesting guy as well. Thanks Nashville Ink.

The man who did my helix piercings (I got both ears done.) was incredibly patient. I’m 16 with a low pain tolerance, and got very anxious, but the man doing my piercings continued trying to get the piercing in. Overall, I had a very good experience. Many thanks to everyone that was working!

Got a cartilage piercing in one ear. Didn’t clean my ear well at all with an alcohol swab (I do anesthesia for a living so know what “clean” should be). Didn’t use sterile gloves. Walked out of there telling my husband it would for sure get infected. I’ve had 8 ear piercings and naval and have never had an infection. Sure enough, 5 days later I was on oral antibiotics as the surgeon I worked with that day suggested. Three weeks later, still painful, red and swollen so I just said F it and took it out. Piercer was nice, just not clean or sterile, which is particularly the reason I went to a tattoo place. Waste of $100, plus cost of antibiotics.

If you’re in Nashville and are thinking about getting a tattoo on a whim DO IT but only if it’s at Nashville Ink! Best tattoo experience I have ever had. Great custom service, friendly, knowledgeable, and not to mention really good Artists. My friend and I saw Jason and he was amazing!!!

Sent an email asking for an appointment on my birthday while I was staying in Nashville. I received an email very quickly asking if I had reference photos. I sent photos and a detailed description asking for an approximate price and approximate time frame for the tattoo. I never heard back from anyone for weeks. I decided to give them a second chance. A woman answered the phone and said she would speak with an artist and call me right back.......never happened. My daughter had the exact same issue. We were going to do tattoos for both of us on my birthday and piercings as well. Very disappointing customer service and never had this happen with any other tattoo shop.

**Update** Nashville Ink did email me back and I missed it. I apologize to them for missing it and they were nice enough to call and try to fix the situation. I appreciate their time.

The place was clean, the people were friendly, and my tattoo looks beautiful! I couldn't be more pleased for my first tattoo, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The art I saw just while in there shows the range in artistic talent available. Color, minimal, classic. It all looked amazing. The place to go if you want ink in downtown Nashville.
