I cannot give this place enough stars as it deserves. These people are so kind and professional, all while having a super relaxing atmosphere. I am so satisfied with my tattoo. Nathan did absolutely amazing and he took his time. He made sure everything was the way I liked and was very patient with me. Everything was super sanitary and neat. Danelle got back with me very quickly when I scheduled my appointment and was very friendly. Highly, highly, highly recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was great! Luke tattooed me and it went really smooth. It was my first so I was nervous, but he and the receptionists did an amazing job at making me comfortable. The lobby and the actual shop were super clean. They took many precautions because of Covid, which I appreciate. 5 stars for sure!

I had a fantastic experience at Black 13. I had emailed several places months before my tattoo trying to pick the perfect place. Look no further, this is THE PLACE to get your tattoo. Everyone is very professional. The shop itself is very clean. The artist are extremely talented. The shop is also following all COVID-19 protocol. Brad, my artist tattooed an amazing half sleeve on me and was great the whole session. Thank you guys so much for all your amazing work.

Love the new location and can't wait to see what else they do to the place. Everyone there, the artists, receptionists and the manager(s) are super friendly and accommodating. Nathan is my artist and I couldn't be happier with his work and his manor. Nathan is very understanding, patient and so talented, I seriously couldn't dream of a better artist. I can't wait to see my sleeve completed!

I ended up not getting a tattoo here... not because I whoosed out! (H8ers! LOL) but because I was hoping for a walk in. They are booked out a couple days. Got a great call back from their staff to talk it out. Seems like a very professional place.

Danelle helped me set everything up in early March 2021 for late May. I have never gotten a larger piece done before and it had been awhile since my last tattoo so I had a lot of nervous energy. But Brad did an amazing job and I 💯 recommend him to anyone looking for a realistic animal piece. All of my zoo coworkers were amazed and asking for the studio & artist! Hopefully some of them find their way to you guys. My photo really doesn't do it justice - it's just so perfect. Thank you a million times over.

I was in town for my sister's wedding, and my schedule was pretty tight. I emailed the shop the week before and they responded to my email very quickly about details of how walk in appointments work. I showed up and Kim at the front desk was AMAZING. Both Ren and Kim were extremely welcoming, but Kim helped with working out details and times I would be able to get tattooed by Kirk. When my time slot came up Kirk greeted me with an AMAZING tattoo and helped me figure out what worked best for me. The attention to detail about each client's experience is unmatched by any other tattoo shop I have ever experienced. Kirk's line work is sick and I am so glad I found him and Black 13 Tattoo for my experience in Nashville. Keep it up, y'all.

I actually got a tattoo from Luke in September for my birthday. When I called the shop assistant was really nice and happy to help me which is kind of rare for a tattoo place these days it seems. Luke was great and the tattoo healed well. The shop smelled really clean which is always a great sign. I would recommend this shop.
