Every artist has a different style they do so I’m not going to base this review as “negative” because we had an amazing experience customer service wise BUT the tattoos we got have faded already especially my girlfriends hand tattoo which looks like one color before fixed... the idea she has was for it to be bright and had shown specific styles expecting that’s what she was going to get in the end. All this to say we had to go to another shop to get her tattoo fixed after 6 months of having it! Double paid for this tattoo basically. The background was added at the new shop and had nothing to do with the first experience! I’ve Attached a before and after photo.

Well worth the time, money, and vibes James & I shared for his amazing hospitality and good vibes!!!!!!!!! Built on the memory of the shop owners husband who was KIA as a Marine so his legacy and the love lives on. The Marine Corps holds a very very veryyy special place in my heart as I've worked with them, for them, been a part of the brotherhood, and even had them as customers after I left my job with Corps.
THATS a business I will support. I had been dying to go to Hard Knox for awhile and now I'm dying to go back to Purple Heart!

I got a tattoo done almost a year ago by Bones and it doesn't look anything like what it was supposed to have stopped by on a couple occasions to see about getting it fixed even emailed the owner and have gotten no response whatsoever

Purple heart is hands down the best and cleanest shop around the artist there are professionals, social and make you feel at home. There artist actually take there time and care about their art. ( the only thing I could complain on is I need some money for more ink). Honestly people purple heart is all I should have to say there should not even be another suggestion.

Doug visited this place up on multiple recommendations from family members who have receive tattoos the place was clean the staff friendly and the artist who designed his tattoo design a one-of-a-kind compass for his forearm from a simple picture he was shown even though they are over 4 hours away we will be scheduling appointments to go back and have more work done
