I've gone into Hard Knox to get not only my tongue but also both of my nipples pierced and I will return to get any other piercing I may want. The environment is nice and the people are extremely friendly. They made me feel comfortable around them and I definitely will return when I get my next tattoo as well (I've yet to get one from there but I've heard all good things about their artists and would love to receive a tattoo from them!)

i’m very disappointed. overall experience not very good. long story short my piercing fell out... yes FELL OUT! and my friends was done wrong was she had no choice but to take it out. i tried to call them and see if they would offer me a repiercing or at least an apology and i didn’t get anything not even a sorry that happened. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 a simple sorry and all would have been forgiven.

I got my ear pierced about a year ago and it still has not healed. I’m pretty sure it’s infected or something went wrong. I did everything right and clean it with H2ocean (salt and water mix) which is what im told is the best. I’m so over this im going to take it out.

Leslie was a great piercer. I just got my nostril pierced, but was v happy it was affordably priced and well done. She has some cna training so even when I felt light headed afterward she knew what to do and made me feel comfortable and in no time I was skipping out of there with a beautiful new sparkle.

This is officially my new favorite spot in Knox! Jeremy Hill is a passionate, skillful, real ass dude. If you're straight up with what you want and want the knowledge they offer, for your tattoo to be perfect, it's an amazing experience. Everyone there had the best welcoming personality and made me feel very comfortable, with letting my fiancé and I wait in what felt like my own living room. With tv and a big ol' couch, it's a very comfortable waiting room. His working space was also very clean and I'm pretty sure I witnessed him clean it twice before working on my forearm. The whole experience was very comfortable and felt like I had been friends of the family they have there. It was an amazing experience! Thank you so much, to all of you guys!! Nothing but love💛

Me and my girlfriend have been to several tattoo shops around the Knox/Sevier area and these guys are definitely the best. Love the atmosphere as well. If you're wanting a tattoo and worried about getting a bad artist come here. I've never seen anyone leave with a bad one

One the best tattoo shops I've been too. This place does not dissapoint. All of the artist are good and very courteous. Definitely worth a drive if you live far away. The place is extremely clean and very professional.
