"Ambition was opened in October of 2011 by Danny Fugate. As the largest studio in Knoxville, with over 3,200 square feet, all of your tattoo and piercing needs will be met with ease. We also boast the title of most award-winning and published studio in Knoxville. One of our topmost priorities is cleanliness and personal safety. Proudly, we are the only fully disposable studio in Knoxville! Stop by as early as noon on any day to check out our artist portfolios and artwork. This was my first tattoo as well as my boyfriend's, and the experience was so wonderful. Both of our artists were attentive and calm. The other artists there were also really kind and helpful and they all talked and joked with us. I would definitely recommend coming here, the artists were talented and nice too! Also very clean.

Awesome tattoo shop filled with really talented and friendly artists. Everything is clean and tidy. Whether it's your first or 100th tattoo you can't go wrong with Ambition. Wes was and is my preferred artist especially if you're a fan of Japanese or Neo-Traditional style tattoos, but there's more than enough talented artists with soaring imagination there for whatever style you prefer who can turn your ideas into a living piece of art on your body that you'll be proud to show off for a lifetime to come!

I had an amazing experience at Ambition with Jarvis and Tommy Lee. My grandmother and I went and got tattoos together and they are both PERFECT. Both artists take great pride in their work and spend time on every detail you want done. The same night I had mine done I called back and made my next appointment! Definitely recommend this place. Very clean and very welcoming staff & artists. ❤️❤️

The shop is extraordinarily clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. One young man came in after I did wanting a tattoo on his hand and they refused him, explained why, and showed pictures of hand tattoos after they "heal." They also stated that they wished they had had the information themselves in the past, but the main reason they won't do hand tattoos is because it's a job killer.
The quality is amazing, and I really just don't have anything bad to say at all!

I don't live in Knoxville so I called and emailed them days before I went into town to get my tattoo to set up a loose appointment. They were very flexible and very nice. I also got sick during my tattooing and Wes was super nice and let me take a break and offered me water. It was a great experience!

I got my tattoo done here about 2 years ago and it still looks great. It is a very clean and professional atmosphere. I barely gave Amanda any direction and she came up with a beautiful idea. She even gave me a discount because I never needed to take a break.
