Everyone I know that's gotten a tattoo here has had it messed up. It is clean and the staff is very friendly, but friendliness doesn't make up for a messed up tattoo. The owner however is very nice and runs his business professionally. The atmosphere is very laid back and nice- better than a lot of the other shops I've been in, and the waiting area/lobby has tons of fun stuff to look at while waiting for your appointment.

Me and my black friends just came into this shop, they questioned my black friends white mom if they were her biological children but never asked my white friends mom (who is white) if she was her biological child. They told us that they wouldn’t take my black friends moms drivers license or ID but nowhere on their website was that mentioned that adopted children had to have a copy of a birth certificate in hand the day that you want to get pierced. These people are racist, and Questioning the custody that She has over her children is terrible. So please I ask DO NOT take your child in here to get pierced or tatted by these terrible racist people.

They was very professional and great! Hope did a amazing job on my tattoo and noticed my blood sugar dropped really low while getting it done she was kind enough to grab me a drink and wash cloth so I could cool down and made sure I was okay before proceeding with the tattoo and checking on me while she finished

Tldr: don't get pierced here; bad hygeine; bad jewelry; bad placement
Used same SHARPIE ON EVERYONE!! 🤮 (Please use ink and toothpicks instead) Jewelry for me and my friends nostril was too short and low quality, leading to us both getting bumps. We got nostril piercings here and at a place in Johnson city, due to them not doing both nostrils in the same day (they said this because of keloiding and bumps but it's really just the quality of jewelry, length, and angle, we also use saline for all our piercings so it's not our aftercare). They also pierced my friends nostril way too far back. The jewelry from the other shop is longer, better quality neither of us have bumps on our right nostril. They also don't even put anything in your nose to insure they don't bump your septum or other nose piercings unlike the JC shop that uses a receiving tube.
