I’ve taken my Child here twice for piercings, once when she was 11, and again at 15. Both times they were very quick, professional, and kind. Definitely recommend for piercing.

Went in for the Friday the 13th promotion. Although it was kinda crowded, got in and out quickly. Great shop, great people, great experience. Will definitely be back 10/10

Unsatisfied. Waited over an hour. Given they were busy but there were multiple people that went in front of me. I still waited I’m not one to complain if you’re busy but I had been sitting for a while and they just continued to skip over me.
Update lady that did my piercings was very nice considering she was new at it. And I only paid half price. The wait was just ridiculous

Went there to get my septum pierced. The lady that pierced it did an excellent job. Telling me what was happening along the way. Didn't catch her name though. But would highly recommend. 👏👏👏

When you go in to check on getting ink work done their always sitting around not doing anything but if you ask them when they could do the work for you its 2 or 3 weeks away

Don’t get your tongue pierced here!!!!!!!! It was crooked and to far back on the bottom close to my webbing!!!

Was very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of this shop! Paige did a great job on my second lobe piercing and took time and care with the placement before moving onto the piercing. I’d recommend to friends/family interested in getting piercings!

PLEASE DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. i went to get a smiley piercing here and they told me very casually that there might be some risk of gum erosion, but they made it sound very rare. i went to another shop less than two months later to get my jewelry changed and was told i had bad gum damage and that if i left it in, i was risking losing my 4 front teeth, and that the jewelry that was marketed as high quality was actually very poor and was eroding my gums quicker. so i called this shop back to politely ask that they be more transparent with future customers and the manager immediately responded with hostility and put the blame on me, telling me that i hold the responsibility. it’s absurd to me that the professionals told me i was responsible for knowing all the information, especially when they told me the risks but played it down as much as they did. he also called me sweetheart while yelling at me and was being incredibly unprofessional. i absolutely recommend you stay as far away from this place as you can.

I got my septum done by Arnita today. She greeted me immediately upon entering. It was a very casual environment which I liked. I was a walk in but was sat down within 10 minutes of walking in. She was very kind and explained everything she was doing. It was super quick and nearly painless. She also thoroughly explained my aftercare instructions. Will definitely be back for other piercings!
