Gotten a couple of good tattoos from one of their artist but overall I've had more issues there than anything else. Had an appointment scheduled and came in to find out that they scheduled it wrong and I would have to come back a different day. Now on their Friday the 13th special had several issues: the second sheet of tattoos wasn't post till an hour and a half after the event started, we went in at 7:15pm and were told we could not get one because they had cut it off (the event said it went til 10pm), and they didn't post about being done or make it known on any of their posts about the event. Not planning on going back.

Just meet the staff and you will know you are in the right place. The establishment is clean and kept up well. They have been open as long as they have for a reason. I have had all of my tattoos and piercings done there and will continue to do so. Ty Standard

Such a nice place, great people good atomspere just got my ear peirced and loving it. The woman who did my piercing was so amazing she walked me through gave her honest opinion and everything. Must go back for another piercing for sure.

Loved every second of my experience! They made it so easy to schedule an appointment and made me feel really comfortable-- this was my first professional piercing so I was a bit nervous. I had Sunny and she was absolutely incredible, so sweet and understanding! (For reference I got a second lobe piercing on both sides and a double helix on my left)

We got my tragus done here about a month ago. The lady who did it seemed a little tipsy and scatter brained. Right before she pierce my ear she said that she wasn't very good at it and shoved the needle through quiets harshly I might add. She was supper rough putting the jewelry in the hole. We then proceeded to leave thinking everything will be fine. A week later I had a terrible infection, I cleaned this thing just like the instructions they gave me said, they didn't seem to care when we called and asked if there was anything else we can do, they basically called us idiots and told us no. After a month the small diamond they had on the front of the post was getting pushed back into the hole where it was pierced so they made us come in and have a longer post and bigger diamond put in. The way that they did this ended up with me getting terrible scarring bumps (I can't really explain any better). So we had to go back again to get a different type on metal because I was allergic to whatever they put in my ear. They made the biggest scene about having to change the metal and yelled at us in front of customers that were waiting in the parlor. Now today we find out that the lady didn't even screw the diamond part to the metal post and the post has either come out of my ear or the scared skin has grown over the backing ( we can't tell because they don't know how big the back was that was put in my ear), they told my mom to go find another place because they don't want us back in there shop. $100 dollars down the drain because some retard can't be bothered to pierce and ear correctly.
