Went in for an estimate and tried to negotiate a fair price because he was trying to over price for a simple roman numeral tattoo on my wrist , was told I was wasting his time and that he didn't have time for my kind was asked to leave.

Got a tattoo that wasn’t big at all not much detail either, charged me $650 crazy could’ve got that back in SC for $150-$200 at most. Never respond to messages or calls.

I went for a small tattoo and was given an estimate of roughly $400 after waiting 3.5 hours for a sketch of a bird, professionalism was low and I won’t be revisiting because of this. I do no recommend.

I got my tattoo done by Chris. He was extremely professional and very kind. Kindness is a very big thing for me since I've met many rude tattoo artists. His artistic ability was one to rave about. He saw details that most wouldn't. He had a light hand which made the 8hr tattoo very easy. The atmosphere was very inviting and extremely clean. Every artist we got the privilege to meet was very kind and enjoyable to talk to. I will be scheduling another appointment at Blackwood Ink and will also be telling everyone about them.
