It was amazing. Very caring, nicest people I could of ever met. I wanted a tattoo in memory of my mom and it came out beautiful. 10 times better than the one I came in with. Wish there were more than fives stars because they deserve it. Thank you so much. I will treasure this tattoo for the rest of my life

Very friendly! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted but no photo reference, just an idea in my head. The tattoo artist knew a ton about the art style I was describing and when I came back, he had a perfect drawing of what I wanted! I’ve gotten a ton of compliments.

I have contacted the shop twice to discuss cover up options about something one of the girls did on my arm. No one bothered to call me back. The flower that was done on my wrist, looks like I could have done it myself. Anyone can print off the internet and trace around something. I was told what I wanted was not possible because of sizing/ details. The next weekend I went home to KY and the artist that did a small shoulder tattoo with perfect detail. It is gorgeous! He was going to fix my wrist but had to leave to go home. Do research, look at the artist specific work and not what is posted on the website.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I called ahead and they managed to fit me in, everyone was very polite and professional. It was a great atmosphere and very relaxing. Big thumbs up!!

The artists there are usually friendly and very professional. What some people don't understand is these ladies won't put a tattoo on you unless it will have a professional appearance. They also won't put a tattoo just any where on the body. It's their "name" that your tattoo will represent. I honor that code of ethics.

First visit I met with an artist who said to give her a month. I come back in a month to find out she had left and no one bothered to notify me until I came in to see what she had planned out for me. This second visit I wasn't shown any work, despite putting down a deposit, but was told it would take a week with the person taking over the work... Cut to a month later and I was told to come in after repeated requests for updates beyond the week I was told it would be done... I come in to be essentially rushed out, again with no real proof of work, because some walk-ins had arrived... They may do good artwork but they really lack in basic communication and customer service skills... I'm kind of bummed because I really wanted to like this place...

Manager Gaia was offensive and also had an attitude while walking in. Basically lectured me on my skin color and told me I shouldn't get a tattoo in the place that I wanted while also lecturing me on how to be professional?...umm it's none of her business where I want my tattoo. Also offensive using racial identity when she knows nothing about me, being latino sure sucks, probably not going to this place ever again. She also appears ethnically challeneged, stating since one of her co-workers is Native American, that she can create well detailed wolf tattoos (which is what I wanted). I DON'T CARE what ethnicity a person is, I only care what they are capable of doing, and leaving ethncity out of it , would make her sound more intelligent and less ignorant. I checked the website for that "Native American" artist, and I couldn't identify who it was based on the photo, so she didn't have any right to judge me using racial slurs and gender indentification. She had the lowest audacity to tell me I shouldn't get the tattoo idea I was striving so hard for, that's a very unintelligent thing to do. Also gave her a nice phone call on her sucky customer service and I NEVER do that. I'm sure their tattoos are great but I'd rather pay a fortune for a tattoo artist that is "professional" enough to talk to people and not judge them first glance, than treat me like im 12 by giving a long ass speech about my career (which has NOTHING to do with her life), like this chick Gaia did. Totally uncalled for and what she said to me, she can't take that back. Gracias, no tatuajes aqui, lo siento!

Didn't even get my tatoo done because they never received my reference picture I emailed, but they were enforcing the mask mandate and that's not ok
