Today was our first time coming here and it was great! Spirit did an awesome job on our ink and we couldn't be happier. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to fit us in anyways. I would definitely recommend this place and I will absolutely be back.

Very unprofessional dropped my boyfriend off for an appointment that he made during a consultation a week ago for 12:30 currently almost 3pm and still has yet to starting tattooing him because he booked someone over him. I’ve never experienced this from any tattoo shop I’ve ever been too. Extremely rude in my opinion my boyfriend is waiting because he wants this tattoo today but would not recommend. And will not be returning

Overall the facility is nice, clean and everyone is for the most part professional. Unfortunately, communication has been an issue for me. I started a half sleeve with an artist that’s no longer here and had over $3000 into an incomplete half sleeve. I came back to try to finish it and start fresh again … another $1200 .. still not finished… no message back on when I could come back. I’ve went to other shops for opinions and was told that it’s absolutely insane I have that much invested into my arm and still incomplete. The artists here have great work, but I’d definitely ask for a time frame on when your work will be completed because all I got was “definitely the next time” $4200 later…. I drove over an hour just to come here because of the quality work I seen. This was my first tattoo and I definitely feel I was taken advantage of by not knowing how long a piece should take- lesson learned.

Went in here on a whim (my first and biggest mistake) asking for simple runes on 3 knuckles. Lines were broken, incomplete, and I have literally seen prison tattoos that were better. The owners brother apparently has his job due to nepotism because it was not for talent. Calls and emails were unanswered, until I finally walked in again. Although my ink is "fixed", it will never be right. Not if this was the last tattoo place on earth.

My fiancé and I am visiting from Milwaukee WI and decided to get some tattoos to represent our togetherness. Chris did an amazing job! He took us as walk ins and treated us very well. He was polite, creative, professional, and cool 😎. Wish we lived nearby he’d be our tattoo artist for sure!
