Definitely the best tattoo parlor in State College. It is impossible to have a bad experience here; between the insane talent of Jordan and Adam and the very easy going attitude of the entire shop it's an instant recipe for a good time and an amazing tattoo!

Their work all across the board is consistently fantastic and amazing. Your skin is their canvas and they make beautiful art. Both of them are truly magicians. Not only is their work on point, but their standards for their business is outstanding. The shop is absolutely clean and hygienic and the they take every measure to make sure you feel comfortable.
The whole shop is friendly and hospitable. Each one of them will make you feel comfortable in every sense, whether you're getting your first tattoo or more. They all treat you like family and Paper Moon is hands down the best place to get your ink. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied. The atmosphere is fantastic, the shop is immaculate, they are so professional...and on top of it all the quality of their work is unsurpassed. Staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Jessie, the piercing artist, was very knowledgeable, professional, and did great work! The piercing was painless and placement was fantastic to fix old misplaced lobe piercings. Will definitely be coming back!

I've had the privilege of getting 2 tattoos here. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and plenty of comfy seating while you are waiting. It's an amazing environment and they really make you feel like part of their shop family while you are there. The artists all do AMAZING work, just check out their FB page/Instagram/web page for examples. I would highly recommend this studio for your body art needs.

This shop is amazing! Both Adam and Jordan do excellent work. The entire staff in friendly, kind and comforting. They all love what they do, have a ton of fun and it shows in their work. Cleanliness is definitely a top priority for these guys as well.
After tagging along to a few sessions, I recently got my own first tattoo here. Adam was my artist and he made sure I was doing well and comfortable the whole session, gave me a heads up when things might be a little tender, cracked jokes and made sure I knew how to tend to my new work of art. If you get the chance, get in to see these guys!

Jessie did my navel piercing and she was absolutely fantastic! Literally the nicest person ever , you definitely want her to do your piercings. Also the shop is very clean and cute. 10/10 would recommend.

The entire Paper Moon crew is AMAZING!!! My fiance and I have never had such a good experience in a shop. I've personally been tattooed by Jordan. She is a magical person and artist! I doubt we will ever go anywhere else! The 2 hr drive is totally worth it. 100 out of 10!!! :D
